Two-Bit Villains reviews
63 Came here a few days ago and absolutely loved the villain o’fish. The burger was worth every cent and the servers were very welcoming despite the lunch crowd.
My only complaint is that the staff were slightly rude at times, which is understandable considering the lunch crowd and the fact there seemed to only be two servers at the time. Perhaps it would be wise to hire more staff/servers to man the joint?
Really nice atmosphere and LGBTQ+ friendly as well! Good food and amazing homemade sodas. 10/10 recommend
First time trying out a vegan burger and it was very moist and would actually prefer it over a meat one. Very tasty sodas also
Delicious food! My friend and I ordered 'The jailbird' and the 'Chilli Cheese Fries', along with a lime and choc milkshake. It was served promptly and the view from the balcony was wonderful, so peaceful and pretty. I would recommend this food to all, you couldn't tell there was no meat!
Pretty good food but long wait for lunchtime takeaway (>30 mins for a burger and chips). Would suggest staff warn patrons of this as they place their order, because often people order takeaway to have a quick meal to go when time is tight.
Nice little hidden gem on the second floor of the Adelaide Arcade. The customer service was good. Food was okay, I found a hair in my fries burger.which was dissatisfying. The Turkish hot chocolate was good.
Every so often I give this place a chance hoping the organisation and attitudes will have changed. Once again, disappointed by long wait times and staff that look and act absolutely miserable. Idk what's in the air in this place but I've never seen a staff member smile here since it moved to the bigger venue.
Also if you're not going to provide straws then don't put the icecream on top of the thickie, making it impossible to drink without making a huge mess.
The best comfort food in adelaide.i’ve been a customer since 2015, and watching this place grow and succeed has been so wonderful.no one does vegetarian food quite like TBV <3
I LOVE this place! The pot pie is absolutely incredible, the perfect comfort food in winter.also got the buffalo tofu bites and the sauces were delicious.a vegan/vegetarian’s heaven
A holy grail for vego's and vegans (even meat gobblers)! Delicious hand made sodas and food!
The buffalo 'chicken' burger is a winner winner (chicken dinner)
*bows down* seriously that was amazing! I don't know what kind of sorcery you used to make that cherry ripe thickshake taste so amazing! Usually when I do order a vegan milkshake it just tastes like gross dates and thin soy milk but this legitimately tasted like a cherry ripe! The Buffalo burger was divine and the fries/ranch dressing always spot on! I had to have a chuckle at the people having a whinge about the burgers not being actual Beef, you're in an a vegetarian restaurant you damn fools! Seriously delicious, thanks for being such wonderful humans <3
Excellent vegetarian vegan eatery. Portion sizes are large and they are heavy on the flavouring and sauces.
Great burgers and great service
A bit less sauce would be better with the burgers as it dampened the bun too much and dripped through too much
Voted best milkshakes in Adelaide but honestly the worst I’ve had. Coffee shake tasted like caramel and they use syrups.really sugary ones in the drinks. The iced tea was horrible too.
The sodas are absolutely lovely. I always like the tummy tonic but all of them are worth a shot. The taste experience one receives here may be enough to sway a few meateaters to veganisn.
In one word AMAZING, everything we had for mains was delicious, only downside was my partners Apple pie which was more like a Crumble, had the peel on the apple so tasted a little stringy, slight change would 100% be 5 stars, woukd definitely still recommend, great place.
A fantastic menu, with a great range. A real treat for my daughter, who is vegan and often struggles to find adequate options.
Went for lunch, was quite busy, so the order came out a little slow. Worth the wait! I’m not a vegetarian but if this food was available to me all the time then I would convert! I had the Villains burger - highly recommended! My friend had El Bandido which she also recommends. Great 60s-80s vibe going. Their soda drinks were also worth trying, highly recommend Tummy Tonic
We booked this in October for our Christmas lunch on Friday. We were all looking forward to it. Then we get a call 3 days before our work Christmas lunch informing us we have been bumped because they had a bigger group coming in. Advice - don't expect your booking to be held as your group may be cancelled because a bigger group coming in. Unreliable for important functions.
Well a place only Vegans could be comfortable, yes; staff rude may be due to diet. The Menu is very misleading for us omnivores, some say beef pattie with soy in brackets some just say "Beef" which ends up being no "BEEF " at all. I had 'Pulled Pork' with no reference to dodgey substitute which even now I can't describe what it was, due to the over use of spice obviously to give the stuff used flavor. Omnivores stay away Hungry Jacks has to be more truthful with contents. Heavens knows what is in the sodas that makes them white now not sure it was milk.
