Poor communication between staff. Was booked to see Dr Tran but unfortunately turned away as he does not want to take on new patients and wasted my time as I could have booked elsewhere. If receptionists told me he was only seeing "acute" cases I wouldn't have booked. Disheartening, will not be returning here even if another doctor is available. Very busy clinic, be prepared to feel like cattle.

Don't bother going here if you're visiting from interstate.
I tried to get scripts and after weeks nothing happened

Once I missed my appointment due to some emergency, the receptionist called me to never take appointment again, didn't give me time to explain myself. The worst part is we always have to wait 1hr more on the appointment time, rubbish.

Generally satisfied with how this place attends to me and family’s health concerns. I am quite happy transitioning from this medical clinic it was pretty easy and the Doctor we usually see is pretty very helpful and accommodating. Thanks always Dr. Kaliis and the staff for making our move to this clinic easy.

I was told to have an appointment at 7pm but waited around 1 hour. I dont understand that if doctors usually take more time to see a patient then why they book every patient just for the gap of 10 to 15 min. It is unfortunate to rely on these clinics as there is no other option. Near to me they should not book appointments, instead they should continue the token system.

Dr Jelu eismin is hands down the worst doctor I've ever seen, had absolutely no compassion! I needed an exemption as my life has turned upside down I can't even leave the house. She told me straight out NO and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. She's a horrible woman please avoid.

Great place to go to, sometimes there is a bit of a wait time but worth it. Great doctors who really try to help you, I prefer Dr. Tun the most.

STAY AWAY. I have visited this medical centre several times over the past few years. Constantly most aspects of the facility are poor. The main concern is the complete 'no care attitude' from pretty much all of the practitioners and staff. You really have to question their competence and the system that allows them to behave in the manner that they do. It is unbelievable how much they do not care about their duty of care. If you are concerned about your health or wellbeing I would advise to see a gp elsewhere. What has motivated me to write this has been a continuous rudeness from staff, lack of care and discracful attitude from people you would expect to be professional.

You book an appointment for that time and an hour later you are still waiting and they even tell you there is one patient before you so won't be long an HR later still WAITING!

Even with an appointment was told its atleast still a 1 hour wait. This is a greedy practice, squeezing in as many appointments to swipe as many medicare cards as possible.
Will be following this up with my local member and SA Health.

I've pretty much always made appointments here and have only occasionally gotten in to see my doctor at the time of my appointment, usually its anywhere from a 5 minute to 40 minute wait before i actually get to see him but from what i know, theres usually always a reason for it, I've never been misdiagnosed by Doctor K, been going here for years and the staff have pretty much always been helpful and polite and the Doctors genuinely feel like they are trying to help.i do recommend this clinic and at least one of its doctors, i forget how to spell his name but just call up and ask to see doctor Kalis.

I waited long and doctor kicked me out by saying you are making stories. Go and reduce your wait and your reflux will go.she wasn’t respectful at all, worst experience.

Wouldnt recommend going. Daughter was misdiagnosed, asked if I needed to rebook for her results and told "it wasnt necessary" then I called to ask about them almost 2wks later told she was fine and nothing to worry about by someone who WASN'T even a doctor who was reading her record.

Doctor didn't listen to me on my first vist and wanted me to get a blood test for my liver. I had a terribly bad infection in my throat on ears causing me a constant 7/10 back, hips and leg pain. I had a constant temp of 39+ and hit 41.4 at the docs. I could bearly walk in the room and this time he listened to me. The medication is showing results 1 day after so I could be back to work Saturday if NP if I got the meds a day earlier.

Always encountered friendly staff, they have always tried to fit me in (even when I've been a walk in)
Longest I've ever waited is 30-40mins.
Highly recommended from my experiences.

If you have a major aasualt and are accompanied by a police officer, expect to be thrown out. If you have a gash in your head, don't expect them to do anything for you except tell you to go away. If you make an appointment there, expect to wait up to 90mins after your allocated appointment time. This surgery does not even rate 1 star. Hopeless. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

There are many poor quality doctors at this clinic - they just want to push you out pretty fast. You can be waiting hours.

Dc jags markando will work with u until u feel as if you are feeling great she explains everything to you in words u understand and listens to what u have to say
I highly recommend markando sometimes u need to book a day or to in advance but well worth seeing hear

Dr Tran is amazing. He always has time to listen and prescribe appropriately. I would highly recommend him and all services supplied by this clinic

This is a continually busy and booked general surgery servicing the Salisbury/Burton/Paralowie areas. The reception staff are efficient and will do their best to fit you in with your preferred doctor.
I've been attending this clinic for 10+years and find it convenient and good for treatment of minor ailments, hospital referrals and prescriptions.
