Trinity Medical Centre reviews
41This practice is a joke. Receptionists have a major attitude problem and Dr Farzan specifically is usually 2 or so hours behind due to ‘complex patient needs’. They should be giving her less appointment slots if she can’t keep up with the appointments adequately OR enforcing the need to book double appointments for complex needs. I called 30 minutes before my appointment and was told there was still 3 people ahead of my waiting to see Farzan. Checked with the desk 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time and somehow there was then 5 people ahead of me despite my early arrival. Absolute waste of time, much better GP’s available.
This clinic is disgusting in attitude and insist on you making 2 appointments a week for no reason, one time go in for uti they took wee sample and told me to come back in 2 days, my son was threatened by a doctor while attending appointment with pregnant wife, because she thought they were younger than they are, money making machine that doesn't care about YOU
Don’t bother as you won’t get an appointment
when you ask the receptionist if there are any other clinics in the area as you have a sick child she didn’t know any and could care less about helping. Just rude and cold
Have been going here for round about 20yrs. I happy with most of the service and my Dr. In the last few weeks reception have been rude not listening to what you have ask for. Onr reception said she booked my appointment then I got a text saying I missed my appointment. No reception didn't di
Having to deal with dr Eismin at any time is a need I do t wish upon anyone. She is rude, couldn’t care less about your health problems. There’s a reason why she’s always available for appts and it’s not because she makes time for her patients.
Would not recommend seeing Dr Farzan, her wait times are more then 2hrs after proposed appointment time.very disappointed and unhappy with her service.
Overall good medical centre with other drs and quick times
After my first appointment with Dr. J. Eismin I will NEVER return. Horrible experience! She called me from here room couldn’t even walk out to get me, so I was unsure where to go. I Went in for a broken nose and she says “let’s be honest did you get hit by someone” utterly shocked.at the end of the appointment she flicked over the referral papers couldn’t even hand them to me. Rudest doctor I’ve come across.
Who knew getting a sick note would be so difficult, the GPs are so incompetent at their jobs and can't give you a sick note for the days you are sick. If you're reading this avoid going to this place it's an absolute joke.
This is my local and 9/10 times I find no faults. However as of today, I was made to wait for almost 20 minutes in an empty surgery, only to find out the doctor I was waiting on, had simply been sitting in his office, not having lunch, not seeing patients, but just, sitting. This in turn made me late for work. Whilst I understand doctors always run behind, there does need to be a genuine reason otherwise it's simply rude.
We have been seeing Dr. Nitchingham seen 1991, he is a very good and caring Dr. So as the other Drs like Dr. Farzan and Dr. Markandoo they are good Drs.too my mumm loves Dr Farzan she wont see other Dr.e
Tried for hours to get through but phone keeps ringing and then hanging up on me
Not great when I urgently need a script ️
Dr. Nitchingham excellent doctor never had a problem with him but not all doctors are as good as him
These guys are great, they always manage to find me a phone appointment on the day I call.the doctor calls on time. Very easy amd very friendly
No good, making people wait outside in 38 degrees heat to see a doctor, not even I bottle of water
Been going there for years. Great team.
Normally not to much of a wait. Caring and professional.
I'm very happy.
Process to make appointment and registering as a new patient here is fairly easy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I got to the clinic on time and didn’t have to wait that long. Dr Myo Tun was very professional and attentive. I highly recommend him.
On a side note, the clinic can be very busy with limited parking at the front. I was there on Monday arvo and it was full! However, there’re plenty at the back access via adjacent street.
Overall it was a good experience.
Currently not informing patients that have flu like symptoms that they need a covid test before waiting to see a doctor. Doctors are refusing to examine patients that are fully vaccinated against covid if they have flu or cold symptoms. Deplorable.
Never waited less than an hour and then they have the nerve to charge me $5 for a medical certificate. The doctors are useless anyway. I went in saying I wanted to get on top of my health and wasn't even given a blood test. - the first point of call. *face palm*
Dr Kaliis is amazing! Takes his time actually cares.
Dr eismen wouldn't recommend made a very unprofessional remark saying to ignore pain and keep giving attention to partner or he is a male he will go elsewhere.
Very disappointed though being told to stand outside in the cold with sick children one being under the age of one. All have had negative covid tests and dr is happy see within the clinic but receptionists tell us to wait outside in the cold right where people stand and have cigerrets by the front door and a jack hammer going as doing renovations.
Prescribed me the wrong medications, I only found this out that they were the wrong medications after going to see another doctor at a separate medical centre the very next day because my symptoms hadn’t changed.
