22Similar to one of the other reviewers, this store isn’t the closest or most convenient for me - but it is definitely worth making the short trip here regardless of where you’re based. I went to another Total Tools after an issue with a ‘dead on arrival‘ product my wife purchased for me online - and the other store staff were really friendly and decent guys but ultimately wouldn’t/couldn’t/didn’t help me. This was disappointing as I’ve probably spent $10k there on Gentech, Ego and Milwaukee products. I made my way here to Windsor Gardens and Brad and Len sorted the issue out and I was on my way with a replacement within maybe 3 minutes. This will now be my new go to Total Tools store. Also the store looks brand new and has great stock and a great layout. I wish the team all the best and thanks for the good old fashioned customer service which is a rarity these days.
Whilst this store is not the closest to me, the short drive out to visit today was well worth the effort. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and a huge range of products. The staff attentive and helpful despite me telling them I had just come in to look over the store and was not purchasing today. All items were clearly priced, this store will be my new choice of store.
