Although it has been one year I think I should say thanks to Vinnie, he helped us a lot made the deal much easier for people who are not handy as me. Total Tool gave us great experience. Thanks.

Went in for an air compressor, the salesman Len helped me way up all the pros and cons of the different types and their applications, so much helpful advice that I definitely needed, he really took the time to help me make the best decision for what I wanted and not just a salesman but an expert. He ran it up, wheeled it out to my Ute and helped me load it in. This guy's a pro. 10 out of 10 for Len. Definitely a win for windsor gardens, scored a bargain and learned alot from that bloke. He signed me up as an insider and I will definitely be going back. Well done Lads

Bought a plunge router $650 + didn't get 10 minutes out of it before it stopped working returned it they sent it away for warranty claim (I bought another cheaper plunge router to finish the job) 2 months later they want me to pay $50 for the repair? Apparently the cord has been changed at some point that would mean they sold me a "seconds " for the price of a new one the manager didn't want to know do your selves a favour if your buying anything that's worth returning for warranty buy it somewhere else

The BEST service I’ve had in years! These guys know their stuff but also every interaction was timely & polite, helpful with genuine care. Shout out to Aaron particularly but they were all awesome. Thank you!

Upon entry I was welcomed by staff and offered assistance. During my walk around the shop other staff offered assistance and on departure the sales assistant fergyl couldn’t have been more helpful. Friendly helpful staff and plenty of tools to choose from. I could have had a field day if I left the wife at home.

Sue, Aaron and the team here are fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, which is fantastic for our business. Our staff are always looked after, what they need is either immediately available, sourced from another store or ordered in without delay. Extremely professional and the only place in which we purchase tools and associated products from. Thank you for always being amazing.

Most staff not wearing masks properly.
"Covid Marshall" with mask under nose uses the pathetic excuse that his masks slips off when he talks. Get a better mask, Marshall!
Plus, if you have a staff member who cannot wear a mask he shd not be working with the public.
Covid-19 is AIRBORNE! The virus particles can stay suspended in the air for hours!
Take the mask mandate seriously or SHUT your shop!

Great service and looking after customers. I wanted a job site saw and it wasn’t in stock. Other retailers insisted that I have to put money down to order one for me. But Total tools staff contacted me as soon as stock arrived WITHOUT having to put a penny in the till. Guess what, I become a gold insider in 2 months. And I have more purchases to make to run my business.
The reward program is not the best in town but the service did made up for it.
If all the gears are the same from every retailer. The service means everything.
Now take notes Sydney tools.

These guys are out of this world as far as knowledge & service. I had no idea about hole saws and how to get done what I needed. Guy who helped me even went out the back & got me a piece of wood to show me how to set the whole thing up. Feel fully confident now on what am doing. I think I'll be using these guys now instead of Bunnings (couldn't find the stock I needed and customer service nowhere near as good as Total Tools Windsor Gardens.

Worst customers service ever.you can’t find a price in store as nothing marked or wrong item on the racks.missing pieces inside tools.need a good training to the big block at front counter.
