Tin Shed Cafe reviews
68 As soon as we walked in we were welcomed warmly and directed to menus and specials. Ordering was a very quick smooth process and we didn’t feel rushed.
The burgers were absolutely delicious. We got a meat and a veggie option and both were very high quality with strong tastes and pleasurable textures. The chips that came with the burgers were a great temperature with a balanced crunch to soft ratio.
All in all, wonderful!
Thanks Tin Shed
Now what can I say about the place
Excellent service with great food to match
Literally is a big tin shed cafe.
Keep up the hard work
Just had the best seafood pizza ever. A very well organized and efficient group of people working here were very impressed
Limited menu and what they had wasn't done well. Can't poach an egg to perfection. Me and wife both had 2 and none were done well. All overcooked.
Love the casual atmosphere, very friendly and efficient staff. Chicken quesadillas are excellent and wife says pizzas are amazing.
We were looking for a place that was open on a Sunday at 3pm for a lunch and drink, a difficult time as most kitchens close by then but luckily this place was open and pretty full.
We got some burgers and salad and it was all OK.
Nothing to write home about, but filled a hole.
If you are stuck between wanting something more than a bakery and something less than fine dining then this is your place.
Will be going back, most adult meals are just over the $20 mark, I ordered a yiros, and I didn't read the menu right, it was a yiros pizza I'm glad I made that mistake it was to die for. My friend ordered fish and chips. Next time we will share a meal they are very generous sized meals.
Annual visit before Girl Guide Camp for our daughter. Early dinner b4 6pm ~Pizzas available. Excellent pizzas some of the nicest we have had wld def recommend. Also in Ent bk. Easy parking
This place was recommended for vegan pizza. Had to get gluten free and it was $50. I could have got the same for $18-20 anywhere else.
Im not one to complain, but the burger i had here recently was horrible. Patty was burnt overcooked and so dry. Bacon was chewy and had no flavour. Cheese was oilly overall wasnt pleasant and i had 3 black hairs sitting on my plate under my chips. Was eating in a group so didnt want to bring it up
Superb lunch. 2 freshly made Caesar salads, one with chicken the other smoked salmon. Generous helpings especially the side of wedges. Good flat white too. All at a reasonable price.
Food was excellent, I can recommend the chicken quesadillas which were excellent. Recommend a booking on busier days like weekends/public holidays. Price is higher than some.other cafes around but it is reflected in the food quality.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, this place is GOOD!
Great food, great service, cannot fault this place, a true hidden gem among many popular and quality establishments in one of SA's best regions.
This was very impressive! For a public holiday, the place was full of lunch diners and cafe crowd. Our pizza, cake and coffee was delicious and comparable to many more expensive places. Customer service was quick, efficient but friendly.
The Tin Shed is a definite winner.
Go-to always-open-despite-public-holidays cafe in McLaren Vale. Cycling-friendly with ample bike parking and table service. Good selection of food, lots is seating.
Delicious food, and an absolutely iced chai latte! Can highly recommend the bruschetta with smoked salmon! YUMMM
Comfortable place, flat white is fantastic, neat space. I love Tin Shed Cafe. It deserves to introduce to everyone.
They have smoked meat that melts in your mouth great food and coffee staff are helpful and happy we have been going there since they opened
Waited an hour for breakfast and it came out cold. The breakfast burrito we ordered came out 10mins before the rest of the food. The table service was fine nothing wrong with it, but overall a very disappointing breakfast.
A very ordinary coffee house. We had trouble finding a clean table as they were not cleared when customers left. It was noisy inside, so we sat outside, which was nice. The tea and coffee were ok but the apple slices and apricot slice that we had was only about a 5 on a scale of 10. I won't bother to go back.
