Tin Shed Cafe

Greasy spoon food at fine dining prices. Steak sandwich ‘special’ inedible, tasted like a greasy flat top.

A lovely little cafe tucked into the side of the Vale. I had their eggs, coffee and juice. It was all lovely and all well across the board of standard. I will be choosing to dine here again for breakfast whilst in the area. It was reasonably priced and the staff were helpful, local and well mannered.

The amenities were clean, well serviced and the love that has been poured into this cafe shows, their parking is also ample and accessibility is no issue.

Bit disappointed, been before and enjoyed it then.

Was busy, so just ordered a tea and a coffee.

25mins to arrive at table, coffee was okay but tea was very weak (even after leaving bit and stirring).

Might find somewhere else next time.

Great dog friendly, conveniently located for the Vale restaurant. Good food served well, reasonably priced.

Love the new location - well done guys! The restaurant is a lot more spacious I used to feel claustrophobic at the previous location. There's a better choice of tables to sit at both inside and outside. Yet to try the coffee's have been for lunch with my husband and we both loved it.

Generous meal size and portions.

Loved seeing all the art work on the walls, coincidently available for purchase too.

Been there three times now and each meal has been excellent. Staff are welcoming with excellent service. In the Entertainment Book.

Had a "propper" Calzone.
Source on the side to use how you wished (I poured mine over) with salad on the side.
Tasty and very filling. Worth having again.

The staff were lovely, polite & friendly. I had a 3 stack of pancakes with Maple Syrup & butter. They were absolutely DELICIOUS. When in McLaren Vale.looking for family orientated, friendly staff & FABULOUS food. Do yourself a HUGE FLAVOR! Have a GREAT feed at the 'Tin Shed Cafe'

Food and service was great for the money spent. I was in a group of 10 people. We all mostly had different dishes (pizza, hamburger, schnitzel seafood, chicken) and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Awesome breakfast, lovely venue the art gives you lots to look at and the bathrooms are so beautiful.

We had a lovely lunch here with generous portions, with Gluten-free options available. The Caesar salad with added salmon was really generous, albeit having had too much Salad dressing. The salt and pepper squid was really fresh. They handmade their GF pizza bases, which was great. Customer service was great and hospitable. They kept ensuring we had everything and offered takeaway containers, should we need them. Amazing coffee too. Lovely spacious and amazingly clean toilets. Highly recommended!

Great Cafe, with friendly and fast service and delicious food. Hollandaise on eggs bennie was so creamy!

Absolutely delicious chicken balls and mashed potato (take away)! And a salad for later. Friendly staff, yummy food

The staff are friendly and welcoming we had a big group and the food came out quickly didn't have to wait long at all coffee amazing beautiful place

Staff were friendly, lovely atmosphere and a great place to eat. Ordered the mixed berries pancakes and it did not disappoint, tasted great! I would recommend visiting or meeting for lunch.

Great spot to stop for a drink or meal if in McLaren Vale. We stopped here today for an iced coffee during our ride and it was the best iced coffee I’ve had! Indoor and outdoor seating. Service is friendly and prompt. Ample parking.

This is a great restaurant, great selection of food and drinks, very nice and helpful staff.
Good atmosphere, with easy parking.
On main street, easy to find, it is a must to drop in for a meal or a very nice coffee.

Well worth eating here again.

Next time I will check the specials board!

Amazing pizza and coffee. Whenever going for a drive near McLaren Vale the Tin Shed Cafe is always a shout for where we get lunch!
