Very generous portions and at a high standard.
We went on a Thursday and the steak specials were fabulous.

Reasonable prices. Well worth the visit.

Got asked to pay for a take away container after spending $100 on food. Needless to say, I will not be back

Young Lil is a lovely polite fibrant waitress. Always very helpful, and always smiling. She is a credit to the hotel.

Thursday night steak night only $25 for Porterhouse therefore I was not expecting much but still disappointed Mentioned to waiter and pointer to 50% Gristle still on my plate (Answer sometimes that happens!).
Also arrived at 6.30pm hardly anything left in Vegetable Bar and no pumpkin and what was there was ordinary. Member of party queried why so few vegetables, apparently needed to get there earlier, obviously our mistake thinking 6.30pm was not late.
Oh and then the music which was quite nice (Fleetwood Mac etc) but pretty loud making it hard to talk. Politely asked the person taking meal orders to turn it down a bit after how I liked the music that was being played but just a bit loud, well she turned it down a maximum of half a decibal, that was the start of the evening little did I know it was downhill from there!
Summary is food ordinary although cheap, staff do not listen or have a smart answer and ambience fine if you don't want to talk.
Guess what sometimes people don't come back!

Been my local pub my hole life. Lovely staff never had a issue food is always lovely a cooked to how I ask and owner is happy to go out his way to help with what he can

We have a reunion of ex co workers at this venue every 3 months.
The food is quite nice.
Great salad and hot veg bar when you order mains.
Great parking at the rear of the hotel.
Usual bar service and prices.
Meals served at intervals due to big group and other tables ordering before/during our groups going to place orders.
Recommend this hotel due to pricing meals and friendly staff.
There is a good area for kids and a garden seating area.
Well worth visiting.

Lovely atmosphere hosted by very friendly staff.
The food was great as always and glad to see the salad/veg bar still available, it saved the day for our vegan friends however an addition of some vegan options on the menu will encourage us to visit more often.

We really enjoyed our meals, very tasty and well presented, also loved the salad and veggie bar great variety. However the price of the beers, $9-00 pints was ridiculous,

With a group of 20 for Xmas more than half couldn't eat the food, tuff steak, my hamburger pattie nicely cooked on one side turn over and uncooked, first and last time eating here disappointed

Ample parking at this pub due to the empty car parks out back. This is most likely reflective of the service at the bar, male manager in attendance of the dinning bar is a rude pig. I don't know of too many females who appreciate being referred to as Sir, mate and guys. When I went to address him on this he acted like a little spoilt, narcissistic child throwing his arms in the air and saying what's your problem. I was trying to let him know before he cut me off and carried on like a child. I will not be going back plenty of better pubs in Adelaide.

Stopped in for dinner, friendly service (albeit a little slow) food was inedible and they gladly refunded us our money with no fuss.

3 stars for the friendly service.

Will try again eventually, hopefully it's picked up in several months.

The Tomato, Ham & Cheese toastie, plus the service was beyond words. The place nay not like much from the outside, yet inside is stunning. Highly recommend.

Vegan food explained Please understand. Vegans need carbs and vegetables and protein in their meals.vegan type, they don't just eat veggies and fruit. A significant percentage of people are choosing to be vegan or eat vegan. Be part of the times even if it costa you. Might pay off too.

We place the order all together took a long time from the first order to the last and a mix up with one order. Very un usual for the windsor.

Been going to The Windsor on and off for the past 10+ years and thus last visit was the worst experience so far in regards to poor quality of food. Staff as usual great
