Shame on you for copying everything from already a well established bakery in your home land.one can only be "inspired" to a point before its a carbon copy. I just don't understand how you could take away all the effort, time and money that the original The Old Croissant Factory had put in without any agreement from them. Shame on you

They imitated the brand from South Korea. Fake bakery! I am pretty sure she's stolen numerous things like recipe apparently.
Below picture is the original in Korea. Shame on you.

It is a matter of integrity and honesty. Everyone knows that this place is run by a Korean-Australian, and that you copied and stole the brand, the history, and the hard work. Respect the original creator and owner of The Old Croissant Factory in Seoul.

Please change the name of your business. I am absolutely mortified that you would steal the exact name and concept from an original and operating bakery in Korea. No respect for originality, very disappointed and ashamed to see this from an Australian business

Spacious cafe with limited seats but with an open kitchen. The croissants were crispy and buttery, made well. It's a tad bit small for the price. But was worth a try. The savoury croissants tasted good. Didn't have a chance to try the sweet ones unfortunately they were sold out. Lemon tart was superb, it had a crusty shell, perfect tart. And the lemon curd was not too sweet either. Friendly staff.

As a small business owner myself, I find it extremely unsavory that you copy someone else’s brand name and call it an homage when the owner of said brand specifically asked you not to. Just because you’re running your business in a different country doesn’t give you the right to feed off of someone else’s fame. This is such poor business practice on your part.

This store stole the name of another store. The original is on Seoul, Korea. Shame on you, copycat. 같은 한국인 뒷통수를 치냐. 얼마나 잘먹고 잘살려고? 밤에 발뻗고 잠은 잘오나?

Do you crave fresh, warm pastries with your latte! This is my GO~TO! Service & ambience delightful. Varieties extensive esp croissants superbly created behind other side of the counter! My fav is Pear slices in bed of light custard tart! If ur due 4 home get together, then bulk buy!

The interior and coffee are a bit disappointing, but the croissant is more delicious than the lune in Melbourne. The croissant is so delicious. I strongly recommend it.

Softest and most delicious crossiants I've ever tasted! (Much better than Lune in melb imo). The coffee is also right up there as well. A new gem, well worth a try!

Best croissant bakery in Adelaide. I am so glad we finally have this new shop on Hutt street. I have been waiting for a long time for a classic croissant bakery! Everything is freshly baked everyday. Fresh buttery sweet smell will stop you if you stroll down Hutt street. The shop is really clean as you can see everything their croissant making over the counter.
