Been going here for many years. Never had to complain until today. Seen a different dr as my dr was booked out.
Went in for severe pain in jaw and face caused by a tooth needing to be extracted.
Which i cant get done until next week. Explained to dr the agony i have been in with my tooth, and told him ive taken so much panafol and iburofen in last week its doing nothing, i havent slept in 2 nights because of the pain.
So whats he do? Gives me a script for panadol and iburofen.
Was like talking to a brick wall. Just no care what so ever.

I've been going to this doctor surgery most of my life, Dr Ward and Dr Lee are great doctors the best.just have a question for today i tried to call but it says it's closed - but opening hours at til 8pm monday to friday.

I've been going to this surgery for eight years. And the best GP there, is Dr Angela Murillo. Really understanding. Is helpful. Have seen others there, no where near as good.

No way I'll go there again the doctor was really rude now I know why I haven't been there in almost 10 years. I will be reporting her

My partner was booked in today at 12.40pm only to be told no he was booked in at 1.40pm. Which he disputed as he knows for sure he booked in 12.40pm. Anyway that wasnt the end of it, after being told abruptly to take a seat, waiting, waiting. A chap who walked in off the street with no appointment was put in before him. Not a good policy! He didnt have anything life threatening, so why was he put in above my partner. We have been going to this surgery for years but maybe time for a change.

Excellent doctors but one of the reception ladies was rude with me. I'm not sure what is her name but is the youngest one. She was working today at 4: 40 pm. I want to do a complain about her attention and her lack of charisma. In this position the oldest ladies are polite but this girl definitely needs an intensive training of customer service.

The Drs there are Absolutely USELESS! VERY Long Waiting times! This Practice shows More concern for MONEY than they have EVER shown for their Patients!
The Lazy RUDE, Reception staff. Don't even turn the switchboard "ON" until They Feel Like It. WAY PAST the Advertised 9a.m! It's a Drs Surgery People. NOT A Sideshow Attraction! Although. Sometimes I Wonder!

IF you are looking for a Decent Dr, with Reasonable waiting times, OR, even if would just like POLITE, Compassionate Reception Staff. I PROMISE you. THIS, DEFINITELY is NOT the Place for YOU. I STRONGLY Suggest. You Look Elsewhere!

Excellent medical practice, never had a problem. Doctors do run late but that is to expected as not everyone books the right appointment. Appointments are in 10 minute blocks, if you think you need longer book a double appointment. $5 Gap fee is reasonable, a lot of Medical Centres charge a lot more.

In this day and age and with covid-19 going on. Still asking for $5 gap fee in cash. Please go across the road to the servo to get it! What a joke. And if u don’t have it they charge an additional $5 for admin fees. Time to get with the times. Administration has ruined this place. Long time customer long before the big pink building. Was best when dr lee and dr Wong were in the box near ultra tune. Charge $6 for card payment most wouldn’t care. I know I wouldn’t.

Am new here, had trouble with a doctor i was seeing as she never actually listened to my words an made assumptions

Had a bit of a spill today and thought I should get the GP to check it out. Got a Sunday appointment, was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and the doctor was lovely and very thorough.

Grew up going here. Dr Michael Lee was my Dr before he and Dr Wong went in as partners and built this place. Dr Lee is an amazing GP. I stopped going here when I got married and changed to my wifes family GP but no one has ever come close to Dr Lee.

Doctors are there for concern of patient and help them kindly in stade of wasting time for private calls. When patient about to take another concerns doctor says make another appointment its very disappointing. I work 7am to 7pm I don't have time to visit you again and again pay to many gap fee. Im prerry upset with doctor Gupta he should be there in clinic for concern of patient lastly one more things if doctor don't have enough time to look at one patient with their few contern I recon he should be is some other profession.

Staff are always courteous and helpful. The doctors there at present, and whom we know are good and have a caring attitude, and we hear nothing amiss with any others.

Very disappointed with the 1st visit itself.took our 1.5yr old to see GP for a possible HFMD.the dr gave the information and when asked about another concern, starightaway said come again tomorrow for consultation as patients are waiting.i mean we waited for 30mins and get told can only ask 1 health issue my litte girl has and has to wait to see dr again tomorrow.ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous.

People who complain about waiting 30 mins should go & wait at either parks medical centre 4+ hours, Elizabeth medical centre 2+hrs.or lyell mcewin

I disagree.it was fine, not the prettiest surgery and there can be a wait to be seen, but the doctors are efficent and staff are all friendly.

I've been going here for almost 23 years. The staff are always friendly and it is always clean and tidy.

Have always had great service here, sometimes there can be quite a wait to see someone but everyone there treats you well, and the building is always clean.

Great medical clinic with great doctors and the staff are super friendly and helpful! This clinic also offers most things a person may need to see like a psych, physio, blood tests and nurse appointments for care plans making life easier by only needing to visit the one place.
