This place nailed it.
Food was brilliant.
And the staff were fantastic

Christmas day lunch was amazing! Lots of food and it was all so delicious! Plenty of friendly staff so we were never kept waiting. Loved the pricing structure for kids and teens, the fun activities and the great gifts they received. Will definitively be back next year!

I booked a table for 10 for my birthday and the staff offered a lovely experience. They offered to add balloons to the table, were attentive and provided a knife and side plates for a cake, the food was tasty and the pineapple sorbet was incredible.

Enjoyed a beautiful gnocchi carbonara, which was well seasoned and full of flavour. Gnocchi was perfect.highly recommend

I went here for lunch on a weekday, it was extremely quiet, there was only one other table with people so it seemed s bit awkward. The staff were really friendly tho, and the food was delicious. The beer garden area looked really nice too, so I think I would come here at night next time!

Absolutely amazing! We had our engagement party there and the bar staff and management were amazing! Catered to our every need. I could not recommend having a function there enough

I had the salmon and husband had the sword fish. Our friends had the salmon and pork and we all had dessert. We all enjoyed our food. Great waiter. Was the kind of waiter you would want to work for you. Had to leave once the band started as we couldn't hear each other as the door was left open. We will go again. Thank you

Over priced very slow staff very rude staff. Can’t cook made fawlty towers look like a 5 star eating venue. Waited over 2 hours for food when it arrived it was burnt and cold yuck went home vomiting. When it came to clearing plates only took 5 minutes and they were mostly uneaten. Will never recommend this place to anyone

Order a scotch fillet 300gm surf and turf. Got no surf except for some shell, as for turf I got an off cut of what I think was skirt steak which would've been 180gm. Not to mention very over priced meal and the staff service wasn't great.

When I wanted book a table, I just said It’s my Dad’s birthday and then when we arrived I saw a banch of blue balloons on the table and it was a great suprise for all of us and a big thanks for caring about your customers and the dinner and space everything it was great.

All round great place, fantastic atmosphere, love the deck area with all the plants & heating! Staff are human, not plastic friendly, but honestly nice, with a sense of humour and very helpful. Food is just yummy, always go away feeling satisfied. I took a Birthday Cake in today for my husband, the chef's served it beautifully, plated with little flowers, just that extra special little touch makes all the difference. I would recommend this Tavern to all my friends & actually have. So we'll be back for sure.

When you eventually get your meal its not bad. One thing i will say the staff there are great, very friendly nice people:)

Rarely write a Review but this Venue deserves it. From the always friendly cheery Staff, the Cosy ambience recently updated that feels so inviting, the warm open fires in winter, the lush green semi enclosed Outdoor Area that feels like a bit of Paradise and a fantastic Chef (s) that really cares what they serve up and how - my partner and I thankyou. Although not our local Hotel, We come here a couple of times a Week and it never disappoints. Relaxing always.

Very disappointed
Had a table of 20 eat in the dining room.
Food was below average.
* Chips were microwaved/soggy.
* Pizza black on the bottom
* Burger said it came with onion rings. (2 onion rings.)
* Schnitzel dry and tasteless.
* Salad, asked for dressing on the side.ignored
* Brought the wrong meal out, which no body ordered.
* Not able to order drinks with meal, needed to line up at front bar.
The list goes on. Don't waste your time.

Great service, the food is sensational you also get friendly service with a smile possibly one of Adelaide’s hidden treasures a perfect spot for a romantic dinner

In pokies room the staff are great. Free coffee/tea machine for self service. Barista made coffee is free.bonus! Toasties available for $5 throughout the day. Sports bar busy. One less star as when I wanted to order a meal in dining room, was ignored at counter, so went elsewhere.

Mediocre food and attempted to clear the table before we had finished. Not feeling the love, more like get them in and get them out. Won't bother again

The oysters are the best in Adelaide. The rest of the food is absolutely delicious, the staff are beautiful. It's a very relaxing place to just visit for a drink & a chat.

Management are absolutely useless and prefer scantily clad women regardless of their level of sobriety as patrons. Definitely not reccomend.

A changing menu and an open glasses environment make this is appealing. Service good and quick, and meals were excellent
