Ordered a cheesecake on uber eats. The e flake cheesecake. It was half frozen. Not worth the price.

So I went to buy a cake, but the service in here was really bad the girl didn't even say a word to you just the price when I was buying and nothing at all, just feel like they don't like work in here.

Was offered $10 off on a full size cake thru mail. I took the picture of it and showed it in the store. They denied the redemption saying I need to print it out to get $10 off. Nothing was mentioned on the leaflet regarding a compulsory print out showing in the store. Felt like they didn’t want to give. 2 stars for the quality of the cake and rest is for the experience.

Cake was not fresh. Seriously try another cheesecake shop, you will get a better quality cake and better customer services. Paid for a total waste.

Ordered customised cake, and it tasted yuck
Total waste of money. Upon contacting the store, we’re told that they can’t do anything- Sorry. Frustrating customer service experience.

Cake was old, price was incorrect, display sign said $31, got charged $39, questioned it and guy says its $39 on his computer, I said I should be paying displayed price. I pushed it and he showed me his screen and it said $35! Then I said description says my cake has blueberries on it. He said they're mixed into the topping so u can't see it, when I had my bday 9 people who tried the cake all said they can't taste or see blueberries

Just NO service whatsoever.
Attendant stayed behind the perspex screened counter, too afraid to interact with customers.
We had to walk out and go elsewhere.
Covid fears gone mad. Your staff should lock themselves at home if they choose to be this paranoid.

I love this place. The people here are so lovely. I always use them when ever I need a cake. I won’t go anywhere else. They can Personalise cakes. Order special or last minute generic pick up. Great priced here too. But the people here are nice polite friendly helpful and that’s why I keep coming back. Best strawberry fill cream ever, to die for!

I asked for strawberry field torte half. As I asked for half I was expecting a small one that weighs less than the full one. But I was wrong, they literally cut the full cake into half. She literally cut the cake into half and brought it. Only after me asking that I asked for a small one, she came up saying they ran out of small ones and we are selling the full ones this way. How would they even expect people to cut a cake thats already cut for their birthday. I was blown out when I saw the half cake. I didn't want to waste it so I took it to my house and brought another FULL one for the birthday this time.

The designer/baker here is the real deal! We asked for a Baby Shark cake and showed her some pictures and the cake we got was far beyond what we were expecting! Everyone at the party asked where we got it made from!

Love cheesecake and all of their products. Tiramisu is my favourite. I can't keep myself from getting cakes from them

I decided early in the morning I wanted to get a cake for my mum for her belated birthday. I rang the Store down the road from my work, the lady was lovely took my name and order and had it ready for me on my way home from work. Will deffs go there again. Excellent service!

Good service and easy to get recommendations from. No lactose free options when I visited which was a bit hard to deal with. Great quality cake and easy on the wallet. Definitely a step up from the standard choc mud from the supermarket in the quality department.

Excellent customer service by the gentleman seeved us today. We always buy our birthday + celebration cakes from the campbelltown store, these guys have been very good with customer service. My 5$ voucher didn't work today, but they still offer me the discount

Made a soccer cake for daughter, loved the cake, so fresh and delicious. Not to expensive either.

I am a regular client but I’ve had two situations with them. First time I went paid $60 for the cake and when I got there to pick up my order they couldn’t find it and just got a spare cake and slammed some things on it and looked ugly And this time I bought two cakes plus cupcakes and one of the cakes is old they’ve just put Extra creme to cover it up as if we don’t know what a cake should be like. It’s so old feels like a real spong being eaten not a cake.

My wife & daughter ordered my son's 21st birthday cakes picked them up today. Totally awesome not only looked fantastic but everyone agreed they tasted great.
Definitely recommend.

It's been a while since we bought a cake from a cheesecake shop. After viewing cakes online we went to the shop at Campbelltown. Quick polite service but the cake presentation had gone downhill.
We bought the strawberry forest or some similar name for a 3 layer vanilla sponge with cream between layers, some kind of jelly glaze on top, and choc sprinkles covering the sides. It was fresh and nice tasting, but instead of previously being edged with strawberries and having cream piping along edge, only four tragic stawberries cut in half and placed on four spots on top of cake. Not so bad for a 10-20 dollar cake, but we would have paid nearly $40 if we had not had the discount coupon- way to expensive for such a modest effort. Next time I ll buy an uniced sponge, slice and ice it myself for well under $15. Similarly my old favourite, the
Fruit flan is a tragic affair. Once gel glazed assortment of pineapple, grapes, peaches, pears, strawberries and so on, just a sad mix of kiwi fruit and strawberries, no shreds of coconut covering the layers (only two) sadly exposed and looking a very poor relation indeed of efforts of a former time. Gone to the dogs. Head back to a regular baker for better value for your cakes friends. Friends bought a Pavlova, and can you actually believe this, the sliced kiwifruit on the pav was not even peeled! To be fair, don't know if they bought it from the same cheesecake shop outlet but none the less, you get the drift.not value for money.

I’m from Sydney, and ordered cake online for my Aunt who’s residing in Campbelltown. I was late to order and pick up of cake supposed to be the day after her birthday. Was so happy that they accomodated my requests, my Aunt had her cake on her birthday and she said it was the cutest and yummiest cake! ️ Special thanks to Alison and her team.
