DON’T GO THERE. I couldn't believe my eyes when I witnessed one of the workers at the shop using his bare hands to make the cake—it was absolutely gross! Instead of using a spoon or spatula to put the cream in the cheesecake trays, he directly used his bare hands to put the cream. This shocking display of poor hygiene has completely grossed me out, and I have made up my mind to never buy from any cheesecake shops again.

Purchased a fruit flan @ $36.95 from Campbelltown and was unable to eat it as the inside custard was totally frozen. What a waste of money!

Very bad service. They repeatedly messed with my order for a birthday cake. Neither ever going to order from here nor recommending to anyone.

Lazy staff, asked for half and half and an Indian lady (staff member) advised me that she was closing in 30mins and doesn't have time to cut the cake as shes got one customer after me and doesn't want to work past her shift incase someone else comes in after us. I was a bit shocked and disappointed that she thinks it’s acceptable to show pure laziness towards customers who are just purchasing what is advertised. After she realised she made herself look stupid, she then went back and gave me half and half. Sorry but if you work in retail and cant be bothered to assist customers, probably not the right job for you.

Purchased the 9 cupcake multipack
From Campbelltown SA, they all were chocolate cake mix and all toppings tasted the same. Would not get them again for $36

Not happy with customer service last night … on top tiramisu cake was so hard very strange but it’s so difficult to cut even with knife …

The lack of communication skills of the staff here is disappointing.you’d expect that the workers would communicate key info to customers because we don’t work there, so we don’t know what certain things mean.that aside, the failure to keep a promise of returning a phone call to rectify a disappointment, ultimately led to this review.the cake was mediocre at best, and i’d expect a bit more!

Poorly written cake writing that sunk into the cake before it was time to sing happy birthday only 4 hours later.
They just don’t care and it shows!

Cake itself was pretty good, the sponge was nice and fluffy. But the writing looked like it was done by a 7 year old, not very professional looking.

Recently (in April) we ordered cheese cake for birthday party. It was thick sticky and horrible. Another day just tried quater of cheese cake from the fridge. To be honest it was again same. Today we went to again order sponge birthday cake, and got really bad customer service from girl name Shaksha. My suggestion is please restaff with professionals the campbelltown cheese cake shop, rather making bad images for brand name and also making customer dissapointments. If I can give rate 0 glad to do so.

Went to buy a cake today 14th April 4pm. The girl was not friendly at all. No smile, no greeting, no friendly chit chat. She even looked at me funny when I spoke, like she didn't understand. She looked like she didn't like her job. Shouldn't work as customer service if doesn't know how to be friendly or do basic customer service. Should be more friendly to customer who actually spend money on your shop.

Thankyou so much for thie gorgeous minnie mouse birthday cake for my daughters 1st birthday. The cake is exactly as I expected and the taste was amazing. Well done to the cake makers and decorators.

Go Somewhere else. Rude and Unhelpful. Ordered 3 desserts, 2 gluten free. Went to pick up on the day and 2/3 not available. No notification, no apologies, no refund. Bought online and the store says need to chase the mysterious internet vendor, which is their shop? Better quality and better service elsewhere.
