Always a pleasure to shop here, the staff are always helpful, informative and understanding. Their cakes are always fresh and taste great, their prices are compedative and they have a nice range to choose from.

Went there twice, called them 3 times, still no proper communication. Very poor customer service

I purchase a passion fruit cheese cake for afternoon tea. Half way through, my son took a mouthful and spotted outside. There was a metal button piece (back of a clip uniform button) in the cake. I went back and complained. First question asked was if the cake was baked onsite. They said they did. Then I mentioned and showed the metal piece and asked if it fell from their overall or was from their kitchen which was undergoing renovation. The staff continued to serve the customers until I instructed them that I wanted to see their manager and demanded a refund. After talking to their manager they gave me a refund but were not accepting their mistakes

They make a variety of very delicious cakes here (and between work/home we have tried quite a few). They always have great customer service and have helped me numerous times in sorting out a cake (even very last minute ones). Very grateful for the people here!

Ordered a chocolate Torte for a birthday and it was moist, and wonderful to taste. Was a bit disappointed with the customer service but the taste of the Torte was amazing.

Went there last week and lady at the counter was quite rude. Don't think i will go here again just because of bad customer service.

Excellent customer service. Joe has often agreed to bake us an eggless cake on shorttshort notice, often same day. He is extremely helpful and accommodating.

Very friendly staff, helped me to choose the right cake. There were so many to choose from, took me ages.

Thank you Joe for taking the order to make a gender reveal cake on such short notice and thank you Tammy for going the extra mile to listen to my needs on how I wanted the cake to look:) The cake was soft with delicious cream and that thin layer of jam in between balanced the flavours Oh so perfectly! Just the way you described. My family and friends enjoyed it as well which made it even more special. A very happy customer! Must visit shop for all your cake needs. Fantastic selection of different cakes and all are fresh. Awesome service and to the point where they offer to open up the door for you. They have won several awards which are on display on the front counter and you can see why. Highly recommended!

I have just had a disaster! Hubbys 50th birthday custom make cake collapsed!
After driving to 5 cake shops in Adelaide that could not assist in customising a ready made cake, tried the cheesecake shop on prospect!
OMG they are amazing! The lovely young lady was so helpful upon hearing my news and spoke to Joe out the back within 10 mins I had a beautiful cake with hubbys name and 50th written on it with rosettes to decorate!
Words cannot express how greatful I am for their help and their kindness, thank you so much, I apologise for my tears of happiness, but you have just made a very stressful situation a lot better!
I hope everyone knows how amazing your kindness is and you deserve to be recognised for your assistance.

Absolutely love the cheesecake shop! Never had a bad experience. Got a $1 piece of mudcake and $2 lemon cheesecake slice and omg still amazing

This is the best Cheesecake Shop by far. Ordered a last minute birthday cake for the weekend. They got it made and saved the day. Didn't charge extra, and was very detailed in everything. Why make your own when they can do it a lot better, cheaper and QUICKER!

Will defo order our next special occasion cake from here.
