How can a place called The Cheesecake Shop have such bad cheesecake?
Seriously guys, you need to up your game. Cheesecakes that barely have any cheese in them? !
It is made of mostly whipped cream and sugar.
I've tried a few different flavours and found them all to be equally disappointing. Decided to stop buying their products I was surprised with one of their cakes recently. I was very thankful for the nice gesture but it was also a reminder of how their cakes taste like.
I think the place has huge potential but honestly it is wasting it by making very cheap cheesecake.

Amazing job with a custom "minecraft creeper" decorated cake. Buttercream icing with chocolate pieces for the "face". Kids loved it, and it evaporated within minutes. 10/10.

Excellent service by Kanika. The cake we wanted was not in the shop. But Kanika (KK) went out of the way, and bought popcorns and prepared the cake we wanted. She is so amazing. Will definitely come back again because of Kanika.
Small things goes a long way. Wish everyone at the counter be helpful to customers like Kanika

We went to get a birthday cake and got pleasantly surprised by the service provided by one of the employees named Kanika who was absolutely wonderful to go that extra mile in order to provide the best possible service. Due to her efforts we could buy the exact cake we wanted. Much appreciated!

Earlier, we were afraid as management changed six months back, and we were unaware and visited as we loved the old management. Surprisingly, the new management is even better
The way all staff members helped us and very effectively created the best cake, especially at a perfect expectedly price. Because of doll character, the pastry chef brought to us so precisely, can't complain anything.

Today 3 is my husband birthday, every birthday only come once a year, get special cake not ruined cake I was order yesterday and I was picking up the cake today in TCS at the same place and make me disappointed seconds time. I back home and opened my cake was on the side of the box the cream was attached the box, because the lady give me a big box then the cake and ruined the cream.

I Went this place bought birthday cake for my son on Wednesday, There are not many choices for birthday cake even though every time there is an event I always buy at this place, with same lady rude as customer service. I won’t going this shop anymore.
Better going elsewhere the cheesecake shop or going to Delka bakery they have a lot of different birthday cake you can choose but you must order day before the event.

One star is only for the cake we bought. The lady working there was soo rude. Atleast you have to behave good with your customers. Its your fault your eftpos was not working not ours and that lady being so annoyed with us. Moreover, She said she don’t write name on cakes, we were more than happy to pay for that as well but thats so rude of her.

Very good range and variety. Have not tried the birthday cakes yet but slices were awesome; tried blueberry cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, caramel sponge slice, and strawberry sponge cake and all were delicious. Perfectly moist and right amount of sugar. Loved it.

Staff were extremely helpful with my order and made a cake that was beautiful to see. It is truly impressive that I could get a cake that looked as professional as it did for such a reasonable and affordable price that did not break the bank. Might have to get my next cake from here and so should you!

Needed a birthday cake in the last minute so thought to purchase one here, I got a vanilla sponge with strawberry filling. The sponge was so dry, the strawberries on top were old so I had to replace them with fresh ones. It tasted like it was two days old.

I ordered cake for my daughter. I explained them for like 15minutes what I wanted…ordered 15days ago…still got something else…even the girl on the counter told me that they don’t have a box for the cake…this is the box they gave to me…opened from one side…it was the worst experience a parent can have on his/her child’s birthday…my daughter was after the unicorn design for almost a month and this is what I got…customer service is a big zero.

Ordered birthday cake in different design but got something else. And they have written name in so tiny that u need microscope to read it. Appealing service. Cake is too dry from inside.wastage of time but have to take cake… do u have choice no…

Ordered a HBD plaque for my daughter and expected the words to appear much more appealing than shaky hand writing, was very disappointed when I opened the box. The vanilla sponge cake that I purchased wasn't what remembered from last years purchase and was overall under average.

Black forest is also off the menu, which is one of my #1 favorites, very unfortunate that I had to choose the latter with the disappointing plaque: (please hire a decent cake decorator next time Cheesecake Shop!

Complained about a poorly made cake that I paid $100 for, was supposed to get contacted by manger and never received a phone call.

I bought the Strawberry torte cake, So soft, fresh and delicious. I don't really eat cakes but
me and my family loved this cake.
