We occasionally go here for their $11.90 schnitty on a Tuesday. Good customer service & food comes out pretty quickly.

The covid experience makes me miss the salad and vegie bar. But on this occasion I was with my interstate family who were here for my birthday.

I had my 60th Birthday party at The Bartley Hotel on the weekend for 47 people in one of their function rooms. I don't know where to start except to say that they were exceptional in every way. The food was absolutely delicious and generous serves both in the entrees and the main courses. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the service by Maddi who was our waitress on the day was incredible. She worked tirelessly all afternoon to make sure my guests were well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and she was fantastic. Thank you Maddi for making my day so wonderful. Every single one of my 47 guests loved the food, service and ambiance and all of them have said they will definitely be going back to the Bartley Hotel for a meal in the near future. The total bill for the function was extremely reasonable considering my guests had lots of food and lots to drink. I can't speak highly enough of this place. I would give it 100 stars if I could instead of just 5. They deserve it. Do yourself a favour and if you want a function that you and your guests will love, both in food, service and ambiance you would be crazy to go past the Bartley Hotel or if you just want a delicious meal with the family at a reasonable price and great service go the The Bartley. You will not be disappointed. Absolutely loved it!

Waitress in front bar very pleasant and helpful front bar is really nice good layout food was good generous serves at fair price

Hadn't gone for a while because last time I went it wasn't that good but decided to give them another shot. Staff are lovely but the food is horrible. My partner ordered salt and pepper squid ($20) and was given 3 pieces of squid. The waitress came out halfway through our meal and gave him an extra piece and said the kitchen forgot to put it on the plate. The place was dead so I don't understand how they can forget a piece of squid. I ordered a half serving of the slow roasted pork and was given an extremely small amount of food for a half serving. I understand having one piece of meat for a half serving but I was only given 4 vegies. I would've thought there'd be more vegies than that. It was overpriced for the amount of food we got. I will definitely not be going back any time soon.

Used to be a great place to eat, but hasn’t been the same since COVID hit.miss the salad bar especially the fish. Would always look forward to the schnitzel night, but it is subpar not what it used to be. Staff are friendly which is why I’m giving 2 stars and that’s being generous.

I had the curry, which was very tasty, chicken very tender. Heat was moderate, rice nicely cooked. All was served with a good salad and naan bread. Service was good too and I would be happy to go back there to try their other dishes.

Meals where a little bit all over the place coming out but was tasty. Not sure what your version of crackle is but it was disgusting and not crackle. Had the look and texture of stale toast

Had a senior's lunch of salt & pepper squid with my sister who had roast pork. Both meals were very enjoyable by us. Recommended to visit for an enjoyable meal.

Fabulous service and great settings overlooking the wonderful waterfront of West Lakes foreshores. Fantastic menu and drinks. Relaxing atmosphere just to unwind with friends. Great for large groups function which I have organized before. Must visit!

What’s happened Bartley Hotel? You used to have great food! Today’s Korean Fried Chicken was not only very average but was the same chicken used in the fried chicken burger. I know you have to cost cut but you’ve got to impress. I certainly wasn’t impressed.

We were here recently feb 2020, booked party.food was terrible, food service took a long time. Did rate the Bartley higher 3 years ago. But definantly gone down hill since. Waiter spilt my sons food on the ground and not only left it on the floor, but didn't offer to replace the food dropped? Inedible salad and dressing. Pork belly was two small pieces with terrible hard cold crackling. Such a shame when you pay good money for food that is terrible. Will not go again.

Went to The Bartley today for a work course and was impressed by the establishment. The beer garden has a big firepit and there are lots of types of beer on tap. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon to enjoy myself outside of work where I can enjoy a few refreshing drinks and trying something new off the menu. Thanks!

Great syaff food and madaz range of pokies the only negativve the outdoor smokers area reminds me of a prison yard

Nice food, friendly staff and easy to park. Toddler grandson really enjoyed the animal enclosure outside prior to lunch.lots of animals and birds to pat

Have not been here for 12 years but it was superb. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.

Plenty of options for meals and alcohol. Impressed by it's large spaces and outdoor areas. Good for all the family and large or small groups.

Great staff, always such a fun time coming into the pub, everyone’s always super friendly and accommodating.

Been going here so long I've seen it renovated 3 times. This iteration not a fan of, but bring on the next generation. What doesn't change is the great beer prices, social atmosphere, friendly staff and people.

Get around it.
