Beautiful grounds, well appointed for a family outing or gathering.

The playground is good for toddlers up to lower primary age, and has covered picnic areas, benches, toilets and drink fountain nearby. It is not fenced, but doesn't really need it as it is far away from roads, and downhill from the car parking areas.

There are several picnic spots with barbecues, both by the playground and along the trails. Most have shelters.

The large reserve is lovely to explore, and accessible for prams and wheelchairs via walking trails. There are gardens to explore, and the storybook trail is nice to wander through. Also, plenty of room to kick a ball. The flowers in spring and leaves in autumn are beautiful.

Free. The Story Book sculptures are amazing. The playground entertains children. There are BBQs available for use. Clean toilets. The flower gardens are delightful.

A really nice community facility. However. Not nearly enough car parking. We were there today 10 Dec 22, for a kids Christmas party. There were two other groups of people holding gatherings and people had to park on Windebanks Rd and walk in carrying their goodies. All well and good to develop the park infrastructure, how about adequate parking for people to use the facility.

Absolutely beautiful park with gardens pretty enough to have wedding photos done in, a lovely playground for younger kids, room to kick the footy, trees to climb, a few BBQ's around the place a lovely book walk with statues and information about book characters and most importantly there are toilets.
A brilliant place to spend the afternoon exploring and enjoying.

Nice for Picnic and Bbq.
A small playground is good enough to keep kids entertained.
This can be made a lot better.

Local park which caters for public and local school children alike. Well maintained and our young grand daughter enjoyed herself.she may have been a bit too young for most of the activities though. 3yo

The slides are hot because they are metal and the park isn't as great as when I was a kid but it's big and beautiful with lots of running and walking space. Story book walk even has grug which is great

Absolutely nothing compared to what it used to be despite the big$$$$ spent. My youngest loves the story book trail though and the gardens and trees are lovely
