The food is always excellent but I'm ranking it low because basically nobody is wearing masks when they should.

Very tasty food, Halal and delicious, am a regular customer and today I took my family and they loved the food. Reasonable prices.

Excellent customer service and excellent serving portion and delicious food. I recommend to everyone and will come again!

Update - quicker service now! 4 serves lamb, 1 serve chicken wings, large lamb noodles with 2 extra serve of noodles & large bowl of lamb soup. All done and eaten within 60 minute. Awesome

Can u guys atleast put the right timings for your business operating hours.and answer calls on ur contact details provided on ur site?

I came in at 6: 50pm.ordered and paid.

Guess what? My first lamb kebab served at 7: 30 and
second dishes at 7: 50 and
my last dishes just vegetables served at 8: 15pm
This dinner cost me almost 1 hour and half! ! !

Ridiculous! ! ! And unacceptable! ! !

Not the best environment, but very good food, and for good value. Their lamb soup is only $5 for a huge bowl.

If there was zero rating I would be more that happy to rate, pathetic hospitality with extremely worst management.

I got the ‘chicken’ rice dish and the dumplings.
First of all, my order took an hour.
The dumplings were okay.maybe a 3/5.
I was SO disappointed with the chicken rice… The chicken was all of the disgusting cut offs.
It’s like they use the actual ‘clean’ chicken for their other dishes and put all the scraps in this ‘chicken’ rice dish… not cool.
I rarely leave reviews but I felt this was worth noting.
The other food looked great though so maybe it was just this one dish.

Terrible service，waited ages for the sample dish，asked for no onion and no spring onion，came with onion and spring onion still. Food was n't good at all，tasteless. Never come again

We ordered 3 dishes and took 1.5 hours to eat because it took them 1 hour to make our dishes.
I would find no reason to go back here.

Ramadan time, booked 3 pm for 2 dishes, rice and 4 skewers, arrived 20 minutes before Iftar, me and my wife and 3 kids, gave us some rice which is already cooked and skewers which doesn't take minutes and waited 30 minutes while me and the kids hungry and want to eat and they served everyone in the shop except us, even the customers who came 15 minutes after us because they speak same languages of them, finally I got one of the dishes and told one of the girls there this is too late and if this bad service happen again to me i will not come back here, rather than say sorry she started to argue and say chef want to eat! (and we should not eat I think) and the one who been served before me booked one hour before me! Which doesn't make any sense he came after me and we both booked 4 hours ago enough to make any food on earth, then went and come back with a guy from the kitchen so rude tell me I am not patient and he will pay for my food! Doesn't know that I can afford to buy his all shop if I want! Then no one even tell you sorry about bad service and late food even u booked for it, simply ZERO customer service and rude staff and disgrace to Muslim community and for sure will never go back there again, having good food doesn't mean anything without good service, and saying sorry to customer while u are late is the minimum requirements of customer service if you know what is customer service even, left without eating after long day of fasting with upset wife and upset kids, ruined our night of Eid, and really no bad words enough to describe those irresponsible people

Magnificant and traditional food, absolutely huge quality dishes and great atmosphere, we are lucky to enjoy the many great food choices including the best lamb skewers

Dead slow, if you want to eat there, you take a swag with you so you can take a nap till they cook and wake u up to eat, if they remember you ordered anything even, unprofessional 100%, no management, no attitude, and if you complaint, you will face the most rude people you have ever seen, and you will leave shocked and upset, 1000% not recommended, people go out to spend money to have good service and good food, and that place doesn't know anything about service and their food is bad, bad experience, don't waste your money there, and i looked online and found yes they have the same guy fight with the customers who complaint! This is so strange review attached

Very bad service, too long waiting, so low hygiene, very rude staff, especially chef who harassing the customers if they complaint, not recommended

I arrived at a busy time and had to wait for a while for a table, but it was worth it. Very flavourful and a reasonable price.

Food was ordered for iftar time and they brought the food out 20 mins earlier, I asked to keep it heated and they refused. They should consider a person with better English at the counter. Although it is very good food

The food is delicious specially the kebab on skewers. However, I feel the service has room for improvement. Will definitely go back in coming days.
