T2

Very disappointed when I visited here yesterday.
Went in and wanted some advise on which teas to buy to make iced tea, waited for approx 20 minutes for someone to help me and no one came over so I went and asked a girl unpacking stock. She said she would come over once done but instead went over to the other person working at the time (who had been talking to someone else the whole time) and they started chatting.
I waited some more but still nothing so decided to leave. 30 minutes I won't be getting back!

I understand COVID19 policies and what not, but this has been the most bizarre experience. No on in the store yet the line wasn't moving at midday on a Saturday. Won't ever be coming back here. Manage your lines better. Once in the store had no assistance.

T2 is amazing, the staff here are always super helpful and happy to chat about the secrets of tea and how to blend them together perfectly.

At T2, there are always samples to try so that you can discover something new. They also have a really wonderful range of cups and teapots that last forever and always look shiny and new.

The staff are SO nice in here and theres an awesome range of teas and accessories and of course the quality of their teas are awesome! Every flavour and combination under the sun! If you like matcha green tea i highly reccomend their peppermint choc chip matcha it is my absolute favourite!

Really enjoyed visiting this store. Its modern, warm and inviting. It is set within the Westfield Marion shopping center. A huge range of teas including my favourite 'Morning Sunshine'. I found the shop to be really well set out and displayed. The tea is available in different sized packaging depending on your needs. They had tea cups and mugs with inserts to put your tea leaves in or tea bags to buy if your prefer. When purchasing my tea the staff member was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, she also offered to sign me up to be a member and l recieved 10% off my purchase. Now drinking this beautiful tea l cant go back to standard supermarket teas. Absolutely recommend a visit here for all your tea requirements and more.

I went in to find a particular infuser. I couldn’t immediately find it in the display or in the box next to the display, so I asked a staff member since I was in a bit of a hurry. She quickly brushed me off and said, “If it’s not there, we don’t have it” in a rude tone. I found it in two minutes at the top of a bigger box on the other side of the store. She could have pointed me in that direction if she was busy, but she chose to brush me off and there weren’t many people in store at the time. Only giving 3 stars because I love T2, but I won’t be coming back here. Other stores have much friendlier staff.

Had a great experience at the Marion store a few weeks ago. Super friendly staff member made me want to stay all day and just buy everything.

Too expensive but still the best for exquisite teas. I would visit it more often and spend, but price bites.

Bought a takeaway Blueberry Tea. Delicious. Staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. Always worth a visit when going to Westfield Marion.

Relaxed enviroment with always something new to try. Good location and average pricing. All staff i have encountered have been helpful, knowledgeable and well-trained.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Happy to make a batch of berry matcha for us to taste.

Always stop in here when at Marion. A tea lover and love their range. I do find their prices are crazy but some of it is worth it. Always amazing service with heaps of handy tips on how to make the best brew at home. Obsessed with their teapots and mugs. So gorgeous. My faves are the mint matcha, Melbourne breakfast and any of their chai blends.

Of course we always love T2. Friendly staff, yummy tea, with a nice environment to browse and try. I wish there were fewer limited edition teas; it seems like they're always the best and never stay around long enough! I don't think I've ever had a poor experience here.

T2 addict! Can't come to Marion and not stop by for a taste of their latest creations. Top quality products and unique brews you probably won't find elsewhere. Staff are always very happy and helpful. Worth a visit if you've never been or not from Australia.

Got the coolest tea set! A very helpful woman helped me set up and select a tea set. She was so patient and had lots of great input. Their tea is absolutely delicious and the staff is so knowledgable about brewing and bringing out the best flavor.

Great product set out lovely. It's really nice that you can try a selection of teas. The staff are always so helpful. Besides from high prices - everything is perfect. A great place to find a present for that difficult person but be careful as you might become a tea addict.
