This is one of my favourite tea brands, both in Melbourne and Adelaide. From the appearance, design and presentation of the products to the quality of the tea, they make me satisfied. Their customer service is friendly and welcoming as well. Thanks!

Realised some of the tea we bought was already past its best before date. How you can buy 2 boxes and one has a 2022 date and another a 2024 date is beyond me.

Such a nice place and they have some beautiful tea sets and accessories and their teas are very nice.

I love this place, the staff are generally chatty and helpful without being pushy, but yesterday was the first time I did have an amazing experience. Other than that, i highly recommend going past if youre looking for a gift for someone or just something for yourself

In my own hands I hold a bowl of tea; I see all of nature represented in its green color. Closing my eyes, I find green mountains and pure water within my own heart. Silently sitting alone and drinking tea, I feel these become a part of me.

Boy, this store has changed since the beginning of Covid19. There are what seems like much less clutter in store. The only bone I have to pick with T2 is they obviously need to get double the stock of Madagascar loose leaf Tea in because it just walks straight out the door again within a couple of days and then you may be waiting weeks to get it again.

Proactive, efficient and kind even when the store was extremely busy. Staff took the time to ask everyone in the line if they were all good and said sorry for waiting even though the line was moving quickly. Great customer service.

So many different teapot & cups & the colours. I always get English Breakfast.yum go in & have a look.brand new pots & cups.thank you my other cup.it goes well with my new pot.

Great place for.you guessed it.all things tea. They have some pretty cute stuff if you're into teapots & tea accessories. I grabbed some peppermint tea to compare against the tea I get from the supermarket. Tastes exactly the same but probably twice the price.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Was a very pleasant experience shopping in T2 Marion.
Sadly can't do tastings at the moment because of covid but staff have a very good knowledge to describe the teas.

Bought several teapots from here over the years. The last one I bought was a big one (3 mugs worth roughly) but I'm disappointed with it as it dribbles when the teapot is full or close to full. Other ones I've bought were perfect but this latest one leaves a small mess when pouring

Great tea BUT late opening when I was jn a hurry on my way to work not good. Ended up not being able to get more of my favourite tea. Very frustrating!

The Tea is A+ the prices are not. There are hardly any good value deals for us hard core Tea drinkers. I spend usually 100 dollars every 2 months and use it sparingly.

Awesome price with a large range to pick from. The only problem is to decide which one to buy. I actually brought some honey there which was delicious. If you're in to tea you will be in heaven.

Lots of different teas and teacups and infusers. There is a sale on at the moment. Bought a box of Famous Fruits on sale. If your an avid tea junke, this will be your all fav store.

I always feel at home here the staff are gourgous. The tea is great and many items to make your tea in. Highly recommended.
