46 Ordered online via their website for ASAP pickup. Received an email confirming order,
only to be told the order was not received when we went to collect. When quizzed they checked their phone, and surprise the order is there and they will start cooking it. Food good service slack though.
Rude and obnoxious lady was on the phone when tried to order 8 butter naans for pickup. She said it will take 30 to 45 minutes, and when I requested if it is possible to have it in 30 minutes? Her reply was, "our chef gets very annoyed when people order only naans, no curries". This was the most unprofessional and stupid response I have heard from a restaurant operator. I could understand that there is specific minimum order $$ for eligible for home delivery but for pickup? What the hell! I told the person that don't worry about the order and save your chef from getting annoyed. Eventually I ordered naans from another restaurant who happily took the order for just naans and provided it within 20 minutes.
Thev butter chicken was great and the quality and the quantity was a lot good and the taste was great.
Beautiful food, generous servings and fast delivery (under 1 hr thru delivery hero). Really impressed:)
Moderate price. Butter chicken fairly bland. Chili cheese naan was good exactly as expected. Peshwari naan was overtly sweet with a coconut spread inside. Kashmiri pulao rice was made in sweetened water was gross but helped take the edge off the very hot vindaloo. Couldnt imagine the deathly hot loo!
Their dishes were dirty, even there was some bad, curry smell on the dishes! After paying for food, I left the restaurant without eating much of my food!
