Subway Restaurant

Good food! Friendly staff! Was served by such a lovely asian girl. Impressed and will come back again!

Always like their subways, lovely girls, very friendly, go here with dad often, love their coffees too, can't complain!

Not the best subway experience. The guy that served me had no attention to detail, didn’t wrap the footlong properly so I had to use a bag so the salad didn’t fall. Also, he barely put the salads in and at the end he squished the salads in.

Subway is the perfect food outlet because they build around what you want, you can have any combination and it's never a hassle, only problem I have personally is the fact that because they can make your perfect sandwich I have my selection dialed in and I'm almost scared to try something new

My son gets subway through the school “canteen” as there is no canteen in the school site. This has been the 4th time he has had cheese put on his vegan subway. Every time I’ve called politely to try to discuss how to make it more transparent that it’s a vegan sandwich (pretty easy - salad no cheese). Every time I’ve been told the manager is out and she will call me back. Every single time we pay for a sandwich that he will not eat. It’s not good enough for the manager not to follow through and if we ask for no cheese and get a sandwich with cheese we should be given a store credit. I’m really unimpressed with this store.

The new salt and pepper grinder is a nice touch but maybe some pink salt would go far.
Also the meat could be abit more covered through out the day it is all open to the air/bugs and I do remember a time they all had separate lids also people allergic to stuff like seafood or are vegetarians would be more appealed to come try some dairy free made bread and pita bread as it isnt that inexpensive to source I hope that this comment is seen and not taken offense just some good advice to keep customers up,
Also if I say I want just a drink dont offer me cookies a second time as I always say yes and am on a diabetic diet and cant help the cravings for them still but one last thing is I would like to use the food trays abit more being invited to eat in or take away as it isnt hard to offer at other food chains I only noticed they have trays and could save some paper bags last time I went in I hope these comments get used constructively and thankyou for always having clean and tasty food compared to the average take away store
