Subway Restaurant

Dead bug in my subway - judging by other reviews of bugs in food/the restaurant, this is not a one off, beware

One of the lady just dont want to add anything. She adds the salad/ cheese like we are beggers. Rest of the ladies do it nicely but whenever she comes to serve i get really upset.

I've never in my life been to any major fast food chain that has consistently delivered a good experience every time, Subway having a particularly bad track record in my book (Mile End and Victor Harbor, I'm looking at you).

However in saying that, this particular store and the team behind it manage to raise the bar to a whole new level.

Ingredients are always fresh, well trained team members keep the stations impeccably clean and are truly skilled sandwich artists; never failing to deliver outstanding customer service and a delicious sandwich. I've been coming here for several years and will continue to be impressed by how well they perform, even under pump.

If every Subway store rose to meet the bar that is set by Subway Greenacres, Subway would dominate the fast food industry.

My go to Subway since it's the closest. Always go with the Buffalo chicken sub with Habanero hot sauce and all the other spicy condiments. The atmosphere is relaxing but hey at the same time it's a Subway. Delicious food with good portions for a footlong. Feel that the 6 inch is kind of a rip off tbh. Otherwise overall great experience.

I bought a meatball six inch on the 20/4/23 while eating it I noticed the meat balls were soft like jelly and were boiling hot 6 hours later I was ill which lasted 3 days I have eaten subway for over 10 years and have never eaten meatballs with a jelly texture or ever noticed them so hot that they were burning my mouth I should of threw the sub away I will never go to subway greenacres again

Really disappointed. The last 2 times I have ordered my subway through Green acres Store the ingredients have been far from fresh and the quality has been very poor. Won't be coming back again unless this changes

Good food. Sometimes it is frustrating when they are training new staff who are wrapping and re wrapping to get the bread to stay folded.

This places toilet bowl water had brown stuff in it and tasted chocolaty. Definitely reccomend it tasted wonderful

Owner is lovey and has served me a couple of times. Quality food and the only subway I come across now days that has cookies for a dollar.

I haven't been to this particular subway but certainly looked sparkling clean and the food was so fresh but stuff doesn't vary of course.
The staff were nice, friendly, and curtious

Before Tuesday I had nothing but good things to say, I usually order, chicken snitchel, I got extreme food poisoning after eating it. I don't think I can go back, I would really like to know how it's stored, how often it comes in, use by dates. I loved subway

I ordered Veg Delight with some strict diet choice. They accommodated my request happily and prepared the Footlong with utmost care. I highly appreciate their sense of customer satisfaction. Vegies were also freshly cut and taste was really good. Look forward to visit this one whenever I wish to have subway meal.

The very young man that served my 8 and 10 year old was very patient and very helpful in assisting them with placing their order, we always receive great food and service, highly recommended AAA+

I've just ordered a salad from this particular. Paid for extra cheese and extra meat. Making it cost $20.

It was VERY disappointingly small. A handful of salad at best, minimal cheese.

I would post a picture if possible.

Dined in multiple times and the service is amazing. I am going to assume the Uber order was the way it was because they are always rushed hard. So, i will amend my rating.

One of my favorite place. As being vegetarian, I don't have more choices for food in Australia but thanks to SUBWAY for it's special Veggie Petty and Veggie Delight in which I can have all my choices of veggies. Subway is really professional when it comes to interior, it's awesome and it's mostly same whether you are visiting it in India or Australia. Staff of subway green acres is excellent and quick. They keep wearing beautiful smile. Keep doing team.

Good customer service with polite workers. Variety of toppings for your SubWay food with very good taste

I hate to be one of those people. But your staff at Greenacres need to learn human connection or at least learn a little customer service, I went in tonight with not only a half toasted sandwich that I’ve had better many times at North Park Subway but felt disappointed idk just a thought I guess
