33I order maybe once a week from uber eats and you guys never fail to put a smile on my face! Love the little notes and jokes you guys add on the bags and the mini cookies are such a perfect treat for my toddler! Only subway I go to now ️
Had a uber eats order go wrong they were quick to fix it and even delivered it themselves what better customers service can you get that go above and beyond thank you
Horrible experience, 3 anxious looking servers trying to do all orders at once, left us with cold, stale food. They heated my gluten free wrap and chicken then left it for 5 mins to serve the person behind me. 15 mins to make one sub and one wrap then charged $25 for cold, chewy food that tastes disgusting. Absolute mess!
Probably one of the worst subbers ive been too. Been there three times each time its been cash only card machines constantly doen and they always stuff up orders. This must be where the undertrained and innatentive staff get to work. Go elsewhere
8/9/20 Ordered a foot long and a 6" subway. Staff were very skimpy on contents. Felt like we were eating mostly bread. Coffee was excellent but won't be returning for subway again!

Spent $25 to redeem an Entertainment Book voucher at 4: 15pm on 8/7/2020. The staff (Imogen and Danielle) refused to give me the complimentary 600mL drink and overcharged me $3. What logic is that? Would have been better off not using the voucher! When I explained this to them, they told me I was wrong! Requested to speak to the manager and was told to ring the shop next Saturday between 1-3pm on the off chance the manager briefly stops by. Very disappointing customer service.
Very clean and spacious, lovely staff and a good sub to finish off my day just nicely!

Don’t recommend to anyone go there, they need to learn how to deal with customer and they don’t serve they through order at customer, if customer pay you full prince then give them good thing and add stuff properly, they charge $10 but putt only $5 stuff in order.
Worst subway shop of adelaide. Never oblige attitude. This shop threw up surprise. We love sub of the day and each subway lets us to personalise it. Gone to Glenelg, Marion, South road, OTR ones every one are helping but not this shop. Apparantly you cannot add lettuce, cheese, cucumber if you are going to have sub of the day. DEFINITELY NEW TO ME
The lady serving us was quite rude. I ordered Chicken footlong. As the chicken was finished in the container, she didn't get more, instead just scraped the walls and made the sub.
Good store, great location friendly staff and its not located in a service station so its never hectic.
Subway is my favorite get away with food preparing shop. But this one in particular stays closed on Easter friday.
Staff do not act mature. I also found they wipe the benches with there hands while making your sandwich
