Subway Restaurant

I uber ordered two chicken footlongs for me and my sister. We had just been through a 14 hour flight and were very tired. It was really sweet of the staff to be so kind and write nice things on the packaging. They wrote jokes, labelled the subs and gave us free mini cookies. I just wanted to say thank you to the MP subway staff because you guys are lovely and deserve the comments you receive. You didn't have to be this kind but you were, thank you sweet people

Wanted to provide some feedback about the Mitchell Park branch. Their customer service was 10/10 today. I called up as my office had a large order of 16 subs and Tegan was so accommodating to get it all sorted. We emailed our order through and Tegan texted me with any questions or clarifications. All of the subs were perfect and we really appreciate the effort that was taken to get this order done. The Mitchell Park staff have really done a great job and shoutout to Tegan or coordinating it all. We will be back next Adelaide Cup Public Holiday

The sandwich artists here are really nice. Never had anything go wrong with the app or a promo (unlike Castle Plaza), the food is ready by the time I arrive or not long after, I think stock levels are generally good – I can't remember ever having a problem – and often my meal comes with a lovely note written on the bag. Keep it up Mitchell Park

It was a great surprise when I received a complimentary new year cookie pack with my subway orders. The restaurant was busy, still got my food on right time. Love the take way packaging too. Great service

If you want a good subway you need to go here. The girls are so friendly and make great good value subs. Don't go to a servo subway. This place rocks.

Didn’t fully get my online order right, but I don’t know how the “order notes” actually gets sent through and it was only minor anyway. Great sub. Cute writing/jokes on the bag. And some bonus mini cookies also with a cute quote, written in rainbow (my favourite). Absolutely lovely staff, they must love their work there, awesome to see this. I almost want a job there!

Words cannot express how much I absolutely adore this place! Food is always delicious and the staff are so sweet and kind: ^)
