Person who was attending us was extremely rude. Not good service really arrogant and rude staff. Never going back
Ordered through uber, store requested more time to prepare. An hour later the food arrived, obviously toasted but stone cold? And a brown avocado toastie? Did you make the order and then let it sit for an hour? Think the good reviews here were left by staff under duress tbh
Until I ordered from here I didn't know Uber Eats could be delayed by the restaurant. Been waiting 40 minutes for cookies and won't answer the phone
Ordered through Uber Eats and it was horrible, the bread was broken, it was extremely messy & made incorrectly. Complained through UberEats and received a refund.
Completely stuffed up my order, did not realise until I got home and opened it. Called the store immediately and was told it was my fault because I hadnt said anything before I left the store? Will be complaining to manager. Waste of time and money, staff has a bad attitude.
Excellent customer service. Although there was a long queue and the staff was relatively, they served friendly and supported each other. Had a good time there!
It's ok, depending what staff are making my sub, I'm very fussy with that kind of thing. They also need more staff when it's busy.
Surprised that not one staff member has the common sense to tell customers that the menu had changed before they started serving them instead half way through making an order when the customer realised it and chooses to cancel since they can’t have what they came in for the staff has an attitude.
Was made poorly and the worker working at the time seemed as if he didnt want to be there poor customer service.

Store is usually really dirty to dine in at to eat ur meal staff aint always wanting to be there as it shows through the subs they make whitch is not good for the brand name and quality of priduce isnt always up to scratch here pics showing how dirty it is
