Rude to customers. Very bad customer service. Weekend staff is the worst they should really change them. No smile on the staff face not happy at all.

Waited 20 minutes when I was the only one there. Did not even ask for my order or say hello. Was welcomed in by a frown. I was told to wait while the guy disappeared for 5 minutes. Very very slow. Also was continuously ignored while I was standing first in queue with no one there. Very bad service. I also saw the worker going very slow and overall lacking assistance and friendliness. The worker would randomly drop toppings on the sandwich without putting them in other spots too. I got sick of waiting so I left. Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Never recommend. Very slow. I honestly think all the good reviews are written by the workers to get promotions from their lazy slow work. Do not come here.

Probably one of the worst Subways I've ever been to. The staff always look bored and like they're doing you a favour by serving you. The subs themselves are always slopped together like a 10 year old made them and in general they are not that great. Whatever you do, do not ubereats/doordash from these guys especially late night. Their customer service is meh during the day, at night it's complete trash. If I want subway now, i go to the one at Firle or Dernancourt.

Maddi you served me the best subway I have ever eaten and you deserve a raise. Stay cool and awsome

I change my comment now, This subway is very bad before, so I didn't come a long time, but now they change the staff now the staff is very good

Uber Eats order. Ordered Steak and cheese with Italian herb bread not toasted but received it on a stale white bread that was toasted. I think to save it from how stale it was. The cheese was also missing. Meatball melt pot had almost no sauce, cold meatballs and unmelted cheese on top. Everything was also wrapped very poorly. Whoever made the order put zero effort in and really shouldn't be working there. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Went here at around 9pm and it sucked. Very bad customer care. Did not make food properly. No manners. Really not the best place!

Excellent service so good o bought them a packet of snakes. Very helpful and grate service

Always a great 24hrs a day place for a great feed and the staff are always great and amazing ppl and if you're a regular they remember what you order

Can't follow company policies orderd a plain meat ball sub got of smelling meat no sauce it sits in then hear another worker day hang up and say false facts never go there

Worst subway I have ever came across. I have tried two times and found out they don't put enough meat and salad in their sandwiches but they charge you full amount. Worst customer service as well.

This time the staff were attentive even though incredibly busy with delivery orders and other walk it's. Got my order correct though the meat wasn't as hot as I would have liked.

Discussing service today the staff member (male) very rude and didn’t packed it well. I used to come here often but today they just failed the service. No customer greeting, no smile on faces. Rude and arrogant staff.

Not much salad at all was placed on our footlong subs. For the price you pay this should be a given. Lady serving didn't understand English overly well

Got a new guy so it took a little longer but that's not a bad thing. This is my local subway and I've been here more times than I can count. It has a really relaxing environment and outside dining all in all good food

Food is gear but it takes 45m-1hr for your order to be made if you order late/early morning.

Not ideal, especially if you're on a schedule. Absolutely recommend to the managers to look into the late shift workers. Either their flat out at 2-4am or they are slacking off.

Don't like leaving mostly negative reviews but clearly operating during these hours is not working properly.

Store wouldn't allow my daughter to use her subway loyalty card which had money on it. Luckily my daughter had a friend with her and her friend paid.
