48Such a great clinic. We feel very fortunate to have wonderful staff to help us when we're in need.
I visited the Clinic for a Covid vaccination. Dr. Tsakalos noticed a reddened area on my neck and diagnosed an infection under the skin.
With my permission he treated the area and it’s no longer painful.
I very much appreciated his pro-active attitude.
Very prompt and professional service. Made the process very easy and I'm pleased it's my new health clinic since relocating to the Adelaide Hills.
The poor receptionist needed help. She had a queue of patients facing her, plus she had to answer the phone too. Terrible management. She was doing her best, but really, the staffing needs looking at badly. Compare and contrast Hills Medical Service at Aldgate, where there are normally at least 2, and often 3 people on reception.
In addition, I arrived to be told my referral to the visiting specialist was out of date. I had to ask my normal GP clinic (at Aldgate) to send the referral immediately by email.
The appointment should not have been accepted in the first place without a check being made on the referral, surely. (Again, compare Hills Medical service.) Perhaps it was because the receptionist was just too busy at the time?

Great team of doctors, nurses and admin. Pro active clinic who do not rush your appointment, caring and hands on, who all take the time to listen. Great with follow up contact and commitment. Always able to get an appointment on short notice with at least one of the doctors, and they seem to run pretty much on time with their appointments. Keep it up team!
Very organised this morning and only took me 25 minutes from time I entered, vaccination and then back to my car.
Really great clinic! I have seen a number of staff when visiting for checkups, cleans and also major dental work. Everyone is lovely and welcoming. Finding a good dentist is hard and I am SO glad I found these guys!
