First time patient. Got an appointment quickly. Very good Doctor patient visit. Very happy with reception service also.

SUMMARY: Terrible clinic. Was charged double the appointment time. Dr Brennan was rude, unhelpful, and unknowledgable. Was told the clinic manager would contact me which never eventuated. Absolutely terrible service and would not recommend.

In the past I've had great experiences here with Dr Sibson, Dr Duncan, and Dr Astill. However all the doctors have since left the practice. Recently I took my mother for an appointment with Dr Brennan as her normal GP wasn't available for another week, and I had had good experiences with Stirling Drs in the past.

My mother had just come out of hospital and we needed to know some results from her tests and wanted to know more about her newly diagnosed condition. Dr Brennan began the appointment by lecturing us on how we had only been booked for a standard length appt instead of double. Please note the front desk was well aware it was my mothers first appointment when we booked, and they only booked a standard length. Dr Brennan then began to quiz my mother on her allergies and medication for over 10 minutes (despite us having filled in the new patient form which contained all this information).

At no point did Dr Brennan ask why we had made the appointment. I eventually asked if we could get some results from a test we'd had, to which she claimed there were no results. I personally sent the results from my work, and insisted she look again. They were there.

After I specfically asked for more information on my mother's diagnosis Dr Brennan said "I don't know. That's not something I've had time to search. " and when asked what she would recommend as a next step we were told "Well you'd have to see a neurologist but I don't have time for that. You'd have to make another CORRECT appointment for me to write you a referral".

At the conclusion of our 21 mintue appointment (the vast majority of which was taken up with Dr Brennan complaining or asking us questions we had already answered) we were left with no information, no referral, and no further steps. We were then CHARGED for a DOUBLE appointment ($150!).

I called the clinic just to let them know I was disappointed and ask why we were charged the double appointment (answer was: "Well it's up the Drs. What do you expect me to do anyway? "). I was told the clinic manager would call me back the next day. No such call happened.

I am absolutely disgusted at Dr Brennan. Either she has no regard for patients, or no knowledge base at all (perhaps both.) I hope the clinic takes the opportunity to follow up on Dr Brennan, and their booking system. Disgraceful.

I was made a telephone appointment as the time suited me as I had to work and it was in my lunch. The doctor rang me TWO hours after the desired time didn’t apologise or anything. I had to ring the clinic twice to see what was happening as no one rang to advise me what was going on. Very poor communication

Everything went like clockwork. In and out in the stated time. Lovely doctor and nurse even though they must have been bored by the repetition. Only problem was the wording of the confirmation email giving false information.

Great friendly staff, genuine, professional and treated as a person and not a number. Fully recommend from my own experience.

Stirling medical centre is almost a boutique GP service with small rooms and country feel. I traveled there from the city to see a particular doctor who had moved there. It was well worth the travel. Clean, efficient and personalised.

Excellent reception service and excellent Doctors been going up there for 30+ years will never go any where else

Easy check in and online consent process. We were seen quickly and the nurse and doctor were both patient and kind with my 7 year old, making it a stress free experience for both of us:)

I have been with Stirling Central Health Clinic since it's inception. At the time I lived in Stirling, but as I have moved around The Hills I have stayed with them as their treatment for and management of, my complex health issues has been superb and extremely competent. They have encouraged me to be very involved in my care and decision making and have always respected my input and valued my perspectives. It does not get better than Stirling Central Health Clinic.

I like that the reception will always help you out with appointments or sorting things out for you

Dr. Knight is fantastic! She really listened to me and made me feel heard and understood. I appreciate the professionalism and close proximity of the clinic.

I was impressed with Bronwyn who I saw today. I often attend new medical practices as we live in a van and are mobile. I make sure I have all the information they need, and had a list of disclosures. She was one step ahead of me with everything she asked being on the list of info I had prepared. 10/10

I recently moved to Stirling and work next door to the clinic. I found the customer service excellent. I was seen by a Dr immediately, no waiting time.

The entire experience, from entering the clinic to leaving was exceptional. The friendly staff and doctors ensured that each patient was welcome, while remaining time effective. This provided each person with sufficient time consulting with their doctors, whom were very engaged throughout the discussion, thus, contributing to the quality of the overall experience
