Poor customer service. A lady behind the counter had no clues what customer service is.
I guess she was busy making a couple of drinks, but she did not say a word when we were waiting and standing right infront of her. Lucky her that this store sells nice dessert, otherwise we would have walked away.
After getting what we ordered, she was just leaning on the bench and being on the phone. Very professional attitude.

Came here and always talked it up to people but the customer service recently is appalling. Make your customers feel dumb and clueless is a great way to lose customer base

The most beautiful chocolatier I’ve come across in Adelaide. Decor, music and service compliment the extensive and intriguing chocolate selection. Perfect place for a hot chocolate on a winters morning, highly recommend.

Ordered 2 iced coffees and payed for them, then got 2 iced chocolates.not good service

Favourite go to spot for a quick chocolate fix. Many hot chocolate flavours to try. Latest craze is the basque cheesecake. Generous serving and its so smooth and creamy. On weekends, they have other special flavours! They also sell other types of gateau. House made ice cream at limited times as well, gotta pop into store to see what's on.

Wow if your a chocolate lover this place is heaven in Adelaide. Definitely made with love. Steve works behind the scene and also front of house a truly hard working top bloke.

Was at your shop at Rundle yesterday approximately 6.30pm. Lady behind the counter has no place in your fine establishment & would strongly that she should be fired if she is not interested in customer service. While me & my wife stood there waiting for service, she totally ignored us & was texting with her handphone while seated. Please check your CCTV footage if you have any.

I had a beautiful chocolate praline beverage tonight and I enjoyed a few chocolates and it was absolutely lovely! The place is very welcoming and the staff very professional and friendly! 5 stars to the lovely girl working at the counter on Tuesday 25th May evening, she was very helpful and great service! Will definitely come back for more:)

Arrived at 9pm and ordered three hot chocolates for the group of us. They were lovely and tasted nice.

However, all three of us experienced anxiety symptoms included increased heart rate, sweating and hot and cold similar to a strong caffeine sensation. I was shaky all the way home, and woke up in a cold sweat from my heart racing so fast.

Safe to say I wouldn't recommend the hot chocolate for people who suffer from anxiety like myself, and the other two friends of mine who have had no prior history and are experienced coffee drinkers. I'd recommend ordering it during the day when you'll be able to work off the caffeine.

Went for a visit tonight, place empty, attendant not knowing which couverture chocolate is used and not having samples on hand. A bit disappointed with so many good reviews. Would expect a bit more.

Absolutely extraordinary. I am from Interstate and extremely passionate about all things chocolate. Wow! The Aztec chocolate drink just sensational and the baked Basque chocolate cheesecake to die for. Truly a wonderful experience. Loved his tips on consuming the chocolate products as well.

The waffles were quite good however the guy working behind the counter needs a lesson in customer service which was non existent.

Local chocolatier with small selection of desserts and soft serve. Would recommend coming here for local boutique chocolates. The design of all the products look brilliant and I think would make great gifts and are Insta-worthy ;)

Came to try the dessert cakes, we had the chocolate cloud and chocolate cheesecake. The former was light, soft and had great texture while the flavour of the cheesecake was more intense and complex, though perhaps a tad dry. Prices were decent with the chocolate cheesecake being the most expensive dessert at $10.

While we liked the atmosphere and vibe of the place I personally didn't think the seating was super comfortable. Still, I would come back to give the other products a go:)

Waiting in line, wondering if I will get served. One staff member making drinks and taking orders. Poor availability of menu items, with items heavily advertised in store unavailable.this is no way to run an establishment.

By far the best chocolate (s) and patisserie in Adelaide. The praliné, daquoises and fruit mousses are just superb!

The owner is fantastic, the chocolates are to die for.lemon cheesecake oh my goodness.make sure you arrive hungry because you will leave full.

Loving coming to this store which has a rustic vibe with interesting decor. They had a large variety of chocolates and desserts. I ordered a mocha and chocolates and there was nothing to fault. Also, the staff were happy to help and service was fast.

Great coffee, cakes and pastries. All the deserts are a work of art! Beautiful to look at and delicious. If you're a local or visiting definitely put this at or near the top of your list of places to go.

Dont touch the display because of covid? Can you at least say it in a decent way

Dessert was ok, ice tea was nice, overall only the service that put us off
