Star of Greece

Great location but over priced. Staff were far from friendly. My local Greek restaurant is far more enjoyable despite the lack of views. And fifteen dollars for a glass of wine is crazy.

Has really lost it's shine over the last few years.many locals, including my family go elsewhere.
The owners need to have a real good look at themselves.

This is for the cafe. The views are spectacular. The parking is ok, but plan ahead for a sunny day. The food is very tasty BUT expensive with tiny portions. There is not adequate seating. Overall a must see, but byo food if you are hungry.

Perched on the cliff the Star commands some incredible views, that is if you can look up from your plate of perfectly presented food. The wait staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating even during a busy time. Loved our meal here, you can expect a very high standard.

Delicious food with a quality view. If Michelin were in Australia they would would have at least a star. Fantastic wine list with smiley and attentive service, really can't fault the place.

Fancy service, no. Waiter forgot my drink orders 3 seperate times.
Calamari and whiting wasn't anywhere near the calibre their jacked up prices command.

Superb dining experience. We had lunch here o overlooking the beautiful beach at Port Willunga. Wonderful, professional service, sensational food paired with some excellent wine options. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & would highly recommend for lunch or dinner!

Great food and service so gets busy at times. Views are magnificent. Atmosphere is awesome. What more could you ask.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. The setting is really beautiful, up on the cliff overlooking Port Willunga beach and as it faces West you can and we did get a beautiful sunset. The service was excellent and the food really good for the price. Given its location near the famed Mclaren Vale wine making region you would expect an extensive wine list and it did not disappoint. There is also a Cafe that is open during the day and does breakfast rolls and drink.

You park in the beach car park.

There is a balcony that was closed there night we were there but I did notice it was being utilised during the day, is the weather is good it would be a lovely place to eat.

Port Willunga, where the shipwreck Star of Greece has sunk off the coast, the restaurant above the beach is called after the ship. Beautiful location, great food

A superb meal overlooking a beautiful beach. The Wagyu steak was as good as I've ever had and the guinea fowl starter was delicious. Friendly efficient service. Well worth a visit.

Incredible food and service! The most perfect sunset and jumping dolphins, just finished a beautiful day off! First class setting.

The food is 5 stars but its setting and views are beyond any rating. I had the special mullet which was great and then then the fish and chips. Awesome.
