Our favourite restaurant in SA, spectacular location overlooking the beach from atop a cliff, even better food. Friendly attentive service. Expensive but in the end great value for the experience.

Rude and pretentious waitress. We simply went inside to see what they had to offer after our dive so understably weren't "poshly" dressed. All we did was take two steps in and the waitress blocked us from moving forward any further. When asked for a menu she said "sorry we can't serve YOU food" with a blank stare on her face. The obvious response to that was "why? ". After which she informed us they were fully booked. This waitress needs to learn basic manners and communication skills. There is no problem when a place is busy and a customer is told "sorry we are booked". But the way this waitress spoke to us was totally unprofessional and pretentious. Never going to come back again to this horrible place and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to either.

Yesterday was our first visit. Eventho we didnt get the seat with a view, but ver sastified with the food! Soo sooo yum! Will definitely come back and request for a table with ocean view!

Absolutely stunning food. The restaurant is small, so can get very noisy but the overall atmosphere is lovely. But again, the food - impeccable! Every plate was well thought out, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection.
Do yourself a favour and book this little gem.

The staff are very welcoming giving a warm and friendly vibe. Fantastic booze selection. The food was exceptional with fresh, flavours that bounced of your palette. Left on a high. And the view, nothing beats it.

Would not recommend.were rudely turned away at door stating they were full but only 50% capacity!

Location, location, location this has definitely got it. I think I was expecting to see a Greek menu but was pleasantly surprised it was quite a diverse menu. The food was very good but not exceptional for a fine dining venue. We enjoyed our lunch and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Beautiful spot however arrived at sunset and it was just closing. Having dinner at sunset here would have been magical. Although under renovation the inside is dull and univiting. Has great potential however is just a cafe by the water. Pity.

Such a romantic setting for dinner. My wife and I will be dinning there and the views are spectacular at sunset.

Always excellent. Great service, excellent produce and presentation. All that plus the view makes this an excellent place to share a meal.
Casual or formal, Star of Greece manages to adapt to your needs; be that a casual beer with fish or squid, or pork belly with a top of the range wine from the local producers.

A lot of hype, surrounding the quality of this place & as far as the vista goes, I was not disappointed.
The food unfortunately left a lot to be desired.
The salt & pepper calamari was of fish & chip shop standard & the thought/knowledge behind the fried braised beef rump with coconut rice was questionable at best?

The beaches here are amazing terquise water and no waves The Star of Greece ship wreck is easy to see on the beach as well as fishermans caves.

Bucket list foodie destination. INSANE meals. Excellent wine. Impeccable service. Great views. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy everything the Star of Greece has to offer.

Ideal location, second visit to this place. Beef carpaccio lacked some flavour but otherwise was impressed with the food.

This place has been on my wish list for a long time and it totally lived up to my expectations. Loved it.

Fantastic setting overlooking the ocean, great friendly staff, fantastic food and service. The reason i didnt give it 5 starts is because it was very stuffy inside and no fans fitted which being right on the beach is just silly. If they had louvered walls/windows and could let the breeze in it would make the world of difference. Apart from that it was well worth the visist
