This St Louis was amazing. The last time I went there it was disappointing but this time was great because of the new management. The food was definitely better, you can tell with the churros and the oil. The hospitality was great and the people made you want to enter the shop. An overall 5/5 experience, will definitely come back.

This outlet was one of l our favourite St Louis places for a hot chocolate drink. However, the last two times we visited; last month and this month, the hot chocolate drinks were not up to the usual high standard. They were "watery", minimal froth and minimal chocolate coating on the rims of the mugs. Overall a tasteless hot chocolate drink.

A great place to have desserts. Very neat and tidy with good seating arrangement. The customer service was very good. Friendly and welcoming staff. Tried waffles and churo and that was very tasty. Loved it.

Such a cozy little dessert parlour with friendly staff always working. The mood of the staff and music playing makes the experience 10 times better. 100% recommend coming for a yummy hot chocolate with family.

The food isn’t bad here it’s the staff that seem to ruin it. The (manager we think) is good but no staff behind him helping. Churro’s on many occasions are good oils regularly changed drinks are always prompt and taste as they should, it’s just lazy staff, not placing the orders through to worried about the next Uber not having their hair in a bun or no work drive. Don’t get me wrong yes I’m whining about minor things but when you can drive 10-15 to another and they don’t do these things it’s not hard to achieve.

Solid dessert place, coffee is good, churros are a solid pick and there is a large variety of tasty ice creams, 10/10 would recommend

St Louis is a great place to come too for decadent deserts, icecream and tea. The staff are friendly, the service is excellent and I love the deserts. I highly recommend coming to St Louis to catch up with friends over a desert and chamomile tea.

Churros is accompanied with choco and caramel sauce that is engaging. Crepe is delish and can be your choice of fruit like in my case I partnered banana to nutella instead of strawberries. Ice creams are creamy. Good strong shot of espresso in affogato.

Fantastic service, great deserts especially the churros and mango sorbet. Coffee is always on point, Staff are friendly and always happy to help

Returned to St Louis TTP after over a year and instantly noticed improvements with the new management. New owner is super friendly, the staff are great and the dessert was lovely. We are regular dessert goers and will definitely be back! Thank you

Churros was good, hot chocolate was poor (too sweet, lacking rich chocolate flavour), ice cream was poor (lacking flavour, refrozen, old)

I only worked there for about 3 months, and was paid under the minimum wage (Fair Work Australia, Fast Food Award [MA000003]), with no extra for weekends, night or public holiday. When I approached the owners, I received no response and had all my shifts removed and was not told that I was ‘cancelled’. One of my co-workers (who worked there long before me) had to fight for her wage, which shows how long this issue has been going for. The food is expensive, workers underpaid and the bosses do not care about their employees.

Had the share plate for 2 of chorritos, strawberries, chocolate cake & choc dipping sauce.
Had to pay 15% surcharge for public holiday, which hiked the price a bit. But very tasty & fresh.
Plenty of seating, good service, and lots of parking.
Will ho again

The ice cream at this place is literally to die for, I had the salted caramel and cookies and cream gelati and it was the best
Amazing and friendly service as well
