We had gabbie today who helped my MOM with her glasses. My MOM's English is not that great but the way she handled her was amazing.

Extremely rude Management with highly unprofessional staff.i have been going to specsavers for 10 years on other stores but never had this experience. Staff charges me for services i dont want and upon questioning the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and refuse to give me a refund and was told that refund can take up to a month. Never ever going back

Hi, the lady who check the hearing is really rude and coarsen. We went there to check my hearing and we were treated very inappropriately.
She asked me to go the doctor who are from your own background. After checking of two minutes she said come next time and give me $1000 for your treatment (I was surprised how without checking she asked for $1000 for treatment, she even doesn’t know what is the problem) I asked her treatment you want $1000, she said yes.

I never recommend anyone to go there.

Eye test are pretty good as they are govt regulated.

The Sales Machine is another story. I’ve spent over $5k in the last 10 years. The minute I have a warranty issue! It’s a no go! The arrogant solution from the salesperson at Parabanks.you’ll be spending a heap of money with us shortly. I’ll authorise a 15% discount when you come back! I think not! Just goes to show.buyer beware. It’s all about spin and sales with these guys!

I have been a customer of this store for a number of years, the staff have always been great until just recently, ordered a new pair of sun glasses which on this occasion took 14 days. I was disappointed with the no care attitude.

Absolutely fantastic service. Alannah very patient warm and friendly, great help on teaching me about contacts. Vincent the optometrist took the time to explain everything I needed to know. No question was too silly for either of them. Highly recommend visiting these guys for all your eye care needs.

Love the staff here, they are super friendly and I love my glasses and sunglasses.
I wasnt a fan of prescription sunnies because I felt they distorted my vision, the optometrist said to try one with a flatter frame and pointed out a couple for me and I did and they are great!

Been a customer for yrs. Asked to just have the same prescription as im very happy with what i got. Got denied so now after 15yrs I'll go somewhere else
