Specsavers Optometrists - Parabanks Centre

Out of all the specsavers this is the best. Customer service is over and above what one will expect and the staff are awesome and friendly. Highly recommend you go to this one if your up north.

I love going to specsavers at Parabanks. They help me with my glasses and hearing aids. I can't praise them enough.

The staff don't seem to know what they are doing and the shop atmosphere is quite awkward and uncomfortable. It feels like they are looking down their noses at the customers and when they tell you they can do something, they go back on their word. When you go into the store they change their mind and make up excuses about why they can't do the thing they said they could do, eg replace lenses on glasses. One staff member says the lens is removed with heat and another says they are removed with screws, they just don't know what they are doing. Do not trust the staff at this store. Go to a different specsavers.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced,
Called up on the 25/5 and was give advice on how to proceed with an audio test for a 7yr old. I was advised that no appointment was needed so went in store the very next day 26/5. Firstly seven employees standing around chatting, We waited out front incase of covid restrictions and not a single person acknowledged us. We finally approached the counter again the seven employees continued chatting about their day with not a single shred of customer service or thought of a greeting. We ask to go ahead with the audio test we discussed over the phone the day prior. One employee advised we don’t assist children here we do not offer that service. Another employee again said we can’t assist children after I advised I had already spoken to someone yesterday they said it’s too costly and they won’t assist us as it’s not covered by Medicare. I advised we have private health- was again advised we don’t assist children- I left very upset and frustrated. Called another store to be advised again YES they do assist with this test NO you do not need an appointment.
If you are looking for good service please do yourself a favour AVOID this store at all cost and head over to the Tea Tree Plaza branch ask for Gail she was lovely and even apologised for this stores terrible service even though she doesn’t work there.

Shop has doors locked before close time when I rang the store phone was answered and I was told I should have knocked because for their safety wile counting money they close the door everywhere I know of and all the places IV worked you count the till at the end of every night you don't count money wile the store is open and late night shopping ends at 9 not 8 more does it close at 7: 30 very pore very very poor not at all happy

The staff at Specsavers Parabanks are wonderful. They make the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I absolutely love my new Fred Hollows limited edition prescription sunglasses. They are gorgeous. I'd recommend them to everyone

Really impressed with the customer service I received today. My glasses frames were broken beyond repair and staff were able to replace them for me on the spot. I am so grateful for their fast and efficient service.
