Always friendly Service and when i had a problem with the lens or frames I've never has a issue, it resolved without a fuss.

Hi! I had a great experience at SpecSavers Noarlunga. Great pre testing, Optom appointment and choosing of glasses. The process was thorough, friendly and very helpful. The staff were friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. Great service from start to finish. Very professional and informative. 10/10. I will return to this store. Couldn’t fault them! My husband had a 3.40 appointment today, he was not well but made the effort to attend. He was kept waiting for 20 minutes in the passage way and was so unwell by the time he was seen he had to leave.
I will not be returning unless I have assurances that appointments will be on time. This is by no means the first time this situation had occurred. Get your act together Specsavers.

After 3 attempts to get my glasses adjusted how i wanted & with no help except to tell me that the bridge should not be adjusted the way it feels good to me & i felt like i was in an argument with them. I gave up. Will not be going back to this store ever. My last Specsavers store and staff were great in mildura. Very disappointed after spending big money to get what i wanted. Honestly this store is to big and just want to get you thru the doors. Do yourself a favor Go to a smaller more professional Specsavers.

Today I was particularly pleased with the service received first by Kay (optometrist) who has a lovely manner and was only too happy to answer several questions I had.
Then Jess assisted in selecting spectacles and taking great care to ensure a comfortable fit. Jess was even good enough to repair a pair a spectacles which I'd brought in on behalf of a guest who is visiting us from Sydney.

I recently had an eye exam which was carried out in a professional manner, the optometrist was friendly and thorough. The gentleman (Michael) who helped me with picking out my frames etc etc made me feel like a valued customer and was very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Specsavers at Colonades to anyone.

They didn't even notify cancellation of appointment and was very rude to me making excuses. I am a new customer and will not be going back due to their lack of communication and attitude.

My daughter has had her glasses for two months and recently the arm fell off. The lady who attended me when I went in to get new frames was quite rude and said the frames we had chosen had a spring hinge and maybe she shouldn’t choose glasses with them in the future as they break easily. My daughter has had glasses for 7.5 years and this particular type of frame has had to be replaced 4 times in 7 months. I didn’t appreciate her telling me the reason they were broken was my daughters fault. The last lady I dealt with in TTP was very lovely, said she could see my daughter took a great deal of care with her glasses and replaced them for free and endeavoured to find why this type of glasses were so fragile. Will not be going back to this particular specsavers with the attitude of the staff there. Also If you know these glasses are easily broken stop selling them in your kids range!

Nice store. Good range of frames. Jo is a true master of her craft. Precisely measures and then calculates sizes of lenses to ensure good frame choice. Really great experience.

My family and I went to Specsavers at Colonnades today and were serviced by a friendly man named Sarim, or something along those lines. He was highly professional and very friendly, a great worker
