I highly recommend the Noarlunga store at Colonnades. Staff are informative and friendly and don’t keep me waiting. There is a great selection of frames to choose from and they often have good specials. I had specific requirements for a pair of glasses and they were able to accommodate without any issues.

Such a lovely group of staff. Very friendly and willing to give you time to take information and process it.

I recently had an appointment at Specsavers and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and expertise. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. The optometrist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain my prescription and answer all my queries. The selection of frames was diverse, catering to all styles and preferences. I highly recommend Specsavers for anyone seeking quality eye care and an extensive range of eyewear.

I was well informed and well looked after during my eye test and with chosing lenses and frames.

Spec savers colonades centre had been refurbished the night before and were having trouble with the internet. The young lady Maddie who served me was so apologetic but so patient. She is an asset to your team.

What a wonderful experience with Amy. I went in on Christmas Eve with broken glasses, I basically came out with new glasses as Amy went above and beyond to ensure I had a new glasses for Christmas. It made my Christmas.

Super friendly and efficient service. I was warmly welcomed by reception the moment i stepped in store, waited only a matter of minutes before my eye tests, again was seen to by very friendly staff whos names i cant remember: (. Gabby was amazing and friendly in helping to choose frames and topped off the experience. Overall, fantastic staff who are attentive and friendly, clean store with plenty of space to move around.

Great value and I have always been very well looked after by a professional staff. Recommended.

Twice I've had a bad experience here. Ever since covid, I find the place to be full of staff, but still rushed. It feels like you can't spend time looking for a frame, as other people are waiting. I've had glasses where I wasn't happy as the pupil measurements they did were completely out, and was blury everytime I looked a particular way. I now go to the one at morphett vale, where staff take there time, and are very friendly.

I have to say, one of the better experiences I've had at the Optometrist from start to finish. The customer service was prompt and helpful - a big thank you to Amy, for helping me update my frames and for other staff members input also. The testing was professional, thorough and transparent.

I had wonderful customer service and care at the Colonades store all the way through from eye exam, to choosing frames and lenses to pick up and final checks. Really want to thank the staff who were exemplary. My glasses and lenses are perfect, no more eye straining or headaches.

I wanted to give some feedback after my experience this morning looking for a pair of glasses. I’d like to thank Leah who served me this morning. She was so helpful, honest, and so patient with me. I went in store having made a decision on the pair of glasses I wanted but once I tried them on they just didn’t fit right! I have a very wide face and I thought I’d leave with nothing.
