I always been going to specsavers TTP. The staff so as the optometrists there are friendly. I don't see a particular optometrist but as I have said all are friendly and accomodating. Except today! The optometrist who saw me today, BUI her surname is so cold, not friendly and accomodating. Did not answer my question in a friendly professional manner and did not answer my questions in a way I felt Im understood. I felt she just wanted me to leave asap. I will still go to specsavers TTP BUT NOT be tested by this rude BUI! What a name!

I was greeted by one of the most sincere friendly people I have had the pleasure to deal with. Di at specsavers at Tea Tree plaza. She was super helpful and I could sense that she is a genuine natural people person. It was a pleasing to be served by Di as she made me feel so comfortable with the whole experience. A shame there are not more in the world like her

They have a great variety of glasses so there are plenty of options and the staff are very nice

I have always been impressed by the amazing services that Victor Harbor specsavers provide. I followed the operator/manager from her previous post with OPSM many years ago. She has hand pick her staff very well. They are all excellent. Friendly professionals who go beyond to help. A very special thank you to Emily and Nina. And Brad who helped choose my frames. This was very very helpful because I wanted “something different” in my frames. And Brad read me like a book and delivered the perfect frames to my hand instore. I have had conversations with many particularly women over 60 about wanting greater diversity in frames for those who have the confidence and don’t necessarily “follow” fashion. I’m sure Specsavers buyers in head office could help deliver on this, my only criticism. Anton

Had some mulifocals made, took a bit of mucking around with the frames/lenses, but the results were good. Thank you for the persistance of the sales person and all with a smile.

My glass, never got o.k. Always have a problem, went back 3 times, and still have no glass. Each time, at least two weeks wait. No More Specsavers, thanks.

Went at Westfield Tea Tree Plaza for new Frame and Glass on last Monday and Staff member named Kimberly was so nice and helpful to find my frame.
Customer service was just WOW!
I really appreciate her knowledge, skill and patience even in the busy time.

Few month a ago. I bought a pair of glass in this store. But this month allergic for the frame. My skin very itchy and suppurate serious. I come back try to change anti allergic frame but they don't do it. Have to buy another one. No service after sale

Having experienced opticians and shops like this in the UK & UAE, I was overwhelmingly delighted with the service and attention you get when you visit. From Julia to Brendan to Wanki, you folks made my visit a very positive one. Having been in Australia as a resident for only 3 months, I keep on appreciating the excellent service I have encountered so far. Wanki made sure I have a proper complete eye health test for the specs. Well done for an excellent service!

Apparently they know more than the health professionals and insist on customers who come in just to look at frames to wear a mask! You have lost a long time customer.
