Disappointed! Racism

want to have a breakfast but a staff tell me only do take away
while I am waiting, other customers coming and have a table, they actually do serve customers in the restaurant.

Nice service, we visited this place as it was close to our hotel we stayed.staff looked after us well and the food was on the table in no time for 4 people. Taste was great and also the atmosphere.

Staff make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. Great service.
Amazing food, with a very generous plate for the price.
The breakfast there is just amazing and great to start the day.

Came in a large group of 10+ people. The staff are friendly and nice. The food came out all at the same time! Despite the variety and number of other guests.

Tried the tiger toast and was absolutely flabbergasted when the cheese wasn't layed in stripes like a tiger. It better not happen again or you will regret it. *roar roar*

Staff were unable to identify ingredients in pre-prepared food. Ordered and sat at table and waited (after conversation with staff as to where we were sitting) and no service. Went in to find order sitting on counter with no staff to be found.

Terribly disappointed with price, quality and service.

Waiting staff all had difficulty using their ipads to take orders - seemed excessively hard to find the items on the menu on the ipad.

We ordered 2 mains and an entrée, the garlic prawns as an entrée were quite good, the fish and chips were ok, and the chargrilled salmon was poor. No flavour, cooked to the point of being dried out on one side and almost raw on the other. The two mains were NOT worth the prices charged on the menu.

Next came coffee and desserts. Desserts were largely ice cream x 2 and were fine. However, the long black coffee had the flavour and colour of insipid dishwater and was undrinkable.

The bill came to over $125 and the quality did not match the price.
I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, go around the corner to Metro instead

Place is very good. Food was OK. But the quanity is very less. Price is too high for the quanity. Felt disappointed with the serves. I never seen pan cake so hard in any place. 2 stars is only for the location.

A decent place for lunch and breakfast at Mt. Gambier. They have wide variety of options. One of very few cafes with all day menu at Mt. Gambier. Really loved the coffee. We've ordered big breakfast and french croissant. Would have been better with greens, beans and mushrooms than heaps of Bacon rashers and chorizo. Even croissant was served with lot of bacon rashers which is not my liking.

An excellent little spot, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Good food and they make an excellent chai latte. Definitely worth checking out for a nice breakfast.

Extensive food menu available here. Which might explain why my Caesar Salad wasn't as good as it should have been. Too many dishes to cater for which comprised quality. The Soup of the Day was good though. Service was good.

We had a bacon and egg roll with a horrible dash of barbeque sauce.
The bacon was chewy not properly cooked, the eggs hard fried put between an enormous bun.
Not even a bit of garnish with this atrocious bun
You have the audacity to charge $15.50 for this meal. 2 × buns at $31.00 not including drinks.
The pot of tea came with a thimble of milk.
Seriously if the passion has dried sell the business, get someone with new fresh ideas.
Should have gone to McDonald's better value.

Fantastic dine in. Very professional staff and pleasant natured. Scrumptious food and reasonably priced. Well done Sorrentos.

We had lunch. Friendly staff and tasty food. Few small issues. 2 hairs in the bruschetta, onion rings side was cold, my well done fried egg was still runny. Overall still a good experience.

Excellent service and great range of menu options. I'm vegan and they had a range of options for me.

Update: Best eggs and service. Upgraded to 5 stars. Staff are attentive, atmosphere is calm and food is excellent.a minor request was no problem for chef and results were top flight.
: Family breakfast winner. Pancakes & milkshakes for kids were a winner and Eggs Benedict were just right. Highly recommend this venue for meals at reasonable prices, served by friendly staff in comfy surroundings.

Went for breakfast. Good menu, excellent food, large serves and good price. Staff were friendly, place was clean. Would definitely return

We went there for diner and were so disappointed by the food (not the staff, staff is very nice).
We ordered pastas and pizza. The pizza looked like the frozen one you can buy at Coles, we didn't even finish it. Pasta was ok but the chicken in it was chewee.
We also took the beer taster (4 mini beers) cause we love beer: 2 of them were fine but the rest not at all.
I love food and I don't recommend this place at all if you want to leave with a happy stomach.

Ordered a take away wrap on a quiet Sunday morning at 11: 30. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Seemed a touch long to make a wrap given there were as many staff as customers but ok. After waiting 20 minutes I had to chase them up. Would have thought an apology was appropriate but nup! $14 doesn’t get you much of a wrap either. Not a great experience.

Had been feel like discrimination when come in with a group, everybody had been ask to do QR code check in, even I done it and show to one worker there, but then there was another lady still to come up and ask to look in my phone to make sure I did check in, really annoying, won't come there again.
