My gp has been trying to organise a case conference with the psychiatrist there who has said he will do it. There has been zero communication on your end. You really don't care about people's mental health at all. Once again another service who doesn't care if I am alive or dead

Supported a client to speak to Sender about the withdrawal program. Spoke to PW Jess on several occasions. We we both very impressed by her dedication, knowledge and compassion.

No l did not, l have sunk into a deep depression as you built me up only to let me down.
My original email to you was to tell you what area l lived in and was it an area that you covered. I was honest in every regard.
You led me to believe that yes you could help me, but then you came back to me stating that you do not cover Marion?
I honestly don't care anymore, people pretend that they care but it is all about it the money
I have no wordsas it took everything in me to reach out, it felt like a slap in the face. Now l am back to the beginning as l have no wish to ever discuss my problem with anyone ever again.
Thank you

I am truly appreciative and grateful for the experience at Sonder Peachy Road. This person gave me appropriate information and direction to achieve outcomes I had needed. Debby from the AOD team addressed everything I needed and was supportive in giving me the information that I could cognitively understand. I felt not judged or rushed and felt that I mattered.sincere thanks to Debby and Sonder thanks Kylee

Dangerous.

I spoke to Chris the so called executive and he was just as bad. Wanting to place blame on everyone including my gp of 10 years. Instead of taking what had happened to me and reviewing the system, so it doesn't happen again.

To get rid of responsibility they passed me onto mental triage. Who closed the case within a few hours.

That has left me over 14 days without medical care as my doctor is away and they made appointments with another doctor knowing full well i couldn't get there.
Then was sent a classy SMS saying my case was closed not to call again as i wont be answered and to call triage.

Very dangerous highly do not recommend any of there services more interested in passing the buck to triage to save there own skin, when they get it wrong. Then fixing the issue.

No i wont bother wasting my time with Sarah who im pretty sure was the clinical professional who sent me the messages telling me not to call or sms as they would not respond and to call mental triage.

Do not use this service it could leave you in a suicidal position as the care and support is not there.

I was even willing to work with them to close the gap so we don't loose anyone they were not interested.

I'd like to hold Chole, Arris and Jess in high esteem they were brilliant. Everyone else was well blow the mark in help.

I honestly recommend Sonders, such a nice friendly group of people that truly want to see their clients get better and to start living a better life. I'm now 8 days clean from cannabis use and clean of any other substances. I thank from the bottom of my heart all of my helpers there! Don't hesitate to call this group and setup a referral if you are struggling with any substance abuse and know there is help and they really do care. Their excitement for my improvement has enabled me to see that I can live a much healthier and happy life without drugs. Thankyou Jess, Aris, and Efdi! Sorry if I spelt those names wrong! You're all such caring and encouraging people?

Don't bother with this service, my therapist was a joke, and a quick look at the reviews shows the rest are too.

After waiting 6 months for an appointment, my partner got a session with someone and at the end of the appointment was told he’d be put back on the waiting list because the guy quit and that day was his last day.

Then he got a new counselled and talked to him maybe 4 times. Was eventually told via text they were not equipped to handle crises and that he would be taken off the books. He called to complain, and was told someone would be in touch. Got a text from counsellor saying “I now have a complaint from you”.

Heard back the following day only to be told they’re not a long term facility and he’d be taken off the books. Which is it - are you not a crisis centre or are you not long care?

To be clear - Northern Mental Health, Lyell McEwin Hospital, and private psychologists are all under the impression Sonder is long term care so what’s not being communicated.

My partner was referred there by her doctor so we went there as they were walking clinic. Upon arriving we were turned away with no help or advice on where to go just told that they do not take walkins at that time, very disappointed. Not even an offer to make an appointment especially as my partner was clearly in distress and needed some professional help.

The receptionist was very rude and condescending. I was calling to change my appointment, the tone she used to spoke with me was like I was starting a fight with her. She Interpreted me few times without letting me finish my sentence.

They ask pretty personal questions on the phone before telling you that there is no appointment for 7 months. They are a mental health facility and should be well aware the questions they are asking are triggering. Lead with the wait time first before asking people to confide in you or suggest other bulk bill facilities we could potentially engage with.

Im 45 and they put me with some young guy who looked to be barely out of high school.
He kept staring at me the whole time making me feel so uncomfortable.
I walked out. A week later i havnt heard nothing from them. They care they said. I'd rather kill myself

The first person I dealt with was fantastic. She was so understanding and really helped but because I wasn't in her area (was originally referred for suicide) they changed to a mental health professional that was suited for my needs. The new person I felt wasn't getting to my needs and not understanding my circumstances. She was also taking an hr and half on the appointments that was only meant to be an hr. There's been a few times where I had to say I have to go because my child is waiting for me to pick them up. I think they need better therapists I wish the first one I saw didn't just specialise in one area.

Honestly, a zero star review is needed. My partner was referred over 6 months ago, confirmed appointment until the day of. Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room after checking in to only get a text to say he hadn't arrived. He was then told be had to go back to his doctor for another referral and care plan as all of a sudden that care plan wasn't good enough. Finally seen doctor again and waited nearly 6 weeks for a phone call as we were told by Sonder after the doctor ringing Sonder and hearing excuses such as we didn't have a number, we've tried ringing etc. Was told that my partner would receive a text by 5pm Friday 22nd March 2019 and still waiting. This has been the worst experience for someone with mental health issues just to get in and talk to a "professional". I've never and will Never refer anyone to this " business" because of the stuff around we've had. It's poor practice
