Mental health services in South Australia are nothing more than a complete joke. Tried calling up a number of times and keep getting an answering machine. No one calls back, and no one cares. Waste of time.

My doctor gave me a mental health check and the results were bad, she referred me through to head space who apparently referred me through to sonder. And no-one has bothered to contact me. I already believe no-one cares so I guess it's true. I'm so done with this existence. I'm done

Reponse time was very good. The first person was awesome and was helping me through a critical area of my life, and was then removed leaving me dangling to complete on my own. The next person took eight weeks to get to me instead if two. And l was then let go, just like that. Droped like a hot potato!: - (

Sonder in home withdrawal has been one of the best choices I've made.
The nurse, peer supporter and councillor trio have made this experience easy for me to navigate, and succeed, and the counselors ongoing support is enabling me to stay strong and sober.
I'm happy to announce that after 45 years I'm now 30 days sober and looking forward to actually having a productive and happy future.

This place has become very nice over a period of time its new and has pleanty of growth left great people great organization

Sonder Edinburgh north has taken care of me for years my therapist is very professional and does such quality good for me. Im a very pleased with the results ive seen using this service my diagnosis has become clearer and i am hopeful that through this service i will find lasting help inyo the future

This place is such a great place, very calming and helpful staff. Amazing walk in service too. If you've been thinking about going, the hardest part when your brain is unwell is actually taking the first step to get there but it's worth it and I've come out the other side.

I have got all the conditions my family have got and andzatie and are all not good l went to sonder and I needed help for me and qmy family they're needed help l went but my family really need the help l wish we coulduasoon as possible

I did what they ask me to do but they don’t care. If anything happens not suits their request then they will kicks out from motel

This is a great place if you are feeling down and need some professional help and guidance. The people here are fantastic very caring and understanding. Please reach out if you are not well there is help out there like this place. Highly recommended

I haven’t been into Sonder but have had phone appointments with both Sally and now Tanya.can’t say enough how grateful I am for their council and their support. ️

I found the staff at Sonder to be very friendly ans supportive. I would highly recommend then to anyone in need of support.

Got referred to them in May 2021 by my GP with stress, anxiety and psych report said suicidal tendancies etc. Got one phone call at work and was asked a few brief questions (hard to talk when in an open office about these things) then booked for group session face to face. I asked if they wanted copy of medical assessment and was told no. This was in June 2021. No communications since. I could be dead for all they seem to care.

Thankyou so very much to Gail. I have come so far thanks to our sessions. I have new found awareness and understanding that have helped me immensely to move forward and to feel hope again.

Was condescending and smug when asking about my referral. Didn’t give me any information regarding it, just said it hasn’t been processed yet and made a point that because it’s a free service I should be happy to wait 6 months. Absolutely disgusting handling service for people with mental health issues. Not sure if this place is the right one if they employ people just for the pay check.
