Sofra Kebab House

Quality has dropped, chicken Yiros went up from $12 to $14, amount of chicken / lamb became half and yiros was basically eating a wrap full of only lettuce. Not going again. Waste of money.

Rang the new management owner to express my review of quality of food, and his reply was - that’s is what we give, it’s a new owner.

The food was not the same which was ordered, not worth paying more for less.
Found few house flies at the place.

The chicken is always too dry.cant eat all of them.staffs are very friendly but need to improve grill meat.

I ordered small AB and requested the person at the counter to put more meat than fries and I paid extra for that so they can provide with good quality because meat is obviously expensive than fries. The person at the counter was very nice and humble and respectfully accepted my request and told the people who were preparing the food. But they didn't even bother to listen to him I think because they actually put even less meat than normal and fries were heaps as usual. I actually felt very disappointed by the service.

Ordered mixed roll chicken & beef till I finished my meal couldn't find out what I was eating it was dry no salad zero sauce even though I mentioned my choices.
It was disappointing.

The food was better before but now it's just plain rice with out much flavor and even the kebabs were lacking spice. Lamb shank curry and fried chicken is good though.

The owner is so welcoming and pleasant. The team are polite and accommodating. The smell as soon as you enter makes your mouth water. We always get the banquet with a side of hummus and it always delivers as expected. Love having this gem as our local

One of the best restaurant in Adelaide, i love to visit again and again to taste the delicious food which i love, peaceful environment with professional staff.

Just went there today, found a big dead mosquito in the salad! My child threw up with the thing in his plate. When we told the people their reaction was normal as if we should expect dead mosquito in restaurant food! Not even a sorry! Seriously! Worst customer service!

Price was good. Food was good. Service was good. Their Yiros was delicious, and so were all of the kebab options, loved it.

Welcoming place and friendly staff, food was delicious, portions were rather generous and very decently priced. Very happy to find a place like this in Adelaide.

Ordered through Door Dash. There is a lack of dashers that deliver. It could have something to do with it being a Friday evening. However the food makes up for everything. I have tried a yiros from here before. It was very good. Tonight I tried an AB which was also very good. The slow delivery was the only issue. The food however is outstanding

In my first order chicken and sish kebeb had raw meat I asked them change it sish kebab was same but chicken was burnt
Definitely not going there again

Sofra is very good for its nice kebabs and rice
But safrons biryani has much more variety in rise wise
Overall I give it a 4 star rating
(It could be 5 if it had safrons biryani)

I thought smoking in outside eateries was banned? Obviously not for this place. The stench of cigars wafting over us while we ate was disgusting, and down right rude.
The food was average and very oily and not exactly as we ordered it. The pizza was better from next door!

I've been trying AB's everywhere trying to find the best one, and to this day nothing has even come close to the ones Sofra makes. Extremely good quality and and very good price, friendly team too.

Awesome food and do yourself a favour don't get a soft drink ask for a cup of tea I've never had a cuppa so good.

Service fantastic and friendly.food was great alot of choice for all ages.the atmosphere and furniture of the shop is amazing and pricing is vary good.

I am allergic to lamb. They added lamb, hopefully it was an accident, into a dish which claimed to be chicken! This make me vomit for the whole night and had an allergy reaction on skin. Please don’t do it again. Someone may have medical condition to some kinds of foods! The most serious case, you may kill someone.
