First appointment today for husband and myself. All staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. GP we saw was very thorough and had a lovely, welcoming manner. We were both very happy with our initial visit. Cheryl and Keith Ormerod

The receptionist is very nice and accommodating when it is possible. I love the atmosphere and the doctor i see regularly. Highly recommend

Lovely staff, very caring and understanding. Very pleased how patient the doctor and reception staff were with quickly organising X-rays to be sent over on short notice. Doctor was also very lovely and caring towards my young scared daughter.

I was very impressed with my 1st apt, Dr Wendy Strachan is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Dr picked my lifetime health issues quickly, no other Dr has, only been considered by alternative practitioners. After suffering 62 years, I look forward to actually having a Dr who understands. All staff are nice, caring & friendly. I recommend Seaford Heights Medical Centre.

When I really needed to see a doctor asap they were the only doctors surgery that helped. They got back to me even though they were fully booked. Its Mostly appreciate Dr Dorothy Niumeittolu.

Me and my partner and son regularly attend Seaford Heights Medical Centre and have done for a couple of years now. There great for all our medical needs and appointments etc. The Drs and staff there are awesome and I highly recommend this business. Very professional and always friendly and helpful. Also there is a Convenient chemist next door which is so helpful.

I could not recommend Dr. Dorothy highly enough! Coming from an overall disappointing experience from my previous medical centre of many years, I have found the Seaford Heights Medical Centre to be what it should be like when visiting the Doctors. From reception, to Pauline, the nurse who conducted my original screening the experience was pleasant and professional. I found that Dr. Dorothy was fully engaged in my immediate families case and my case which led me to refer other family members to see her as well.

Hi your staff are very friendly and very helpful and pleasant. My doctor listened to all that I said and organised for me to have all the tests etc that I need to have. I am very grateful to find a female doctor and I don’t have to wait too long to see her.

Lovely office staff and Dr Strachan is also welcoming and experienced. My current long-term GP has retired so I was looking for a new one. I’m so glad I came to this clinic. Everyone was very professional and a member of staff took the time to ask me about my medical history before I saw the GP to make sure my patient history and medical records from my old clinic was accurate. Highly recommend.

I went to see Dr Wendy Strachan because I was having nerve pain in my neck through to my right arm due to degeneration of discs in my neck. I would like to know how I could manage the pain in addition to the medication I was taking.
Dr Wendy patiently spent some time to understand what could have caused the pain in the first place. Then she very patiently explained ways I could use to manage and reduce the pain and options I could have to treat it. I have never met a more patient GP than Dr Stachan. A lot of GPs who bulk bill a concession card holder tend to try to push you out the door within 5 minutes, but not Dr Stachan!

Can't recommend enough. Doctor Mai is always very thorough with her diagnoses and Tracey is always supportive and friendly. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable as a patient.

Very thorough Doctor, who took the time to listen to our concerns. Was easy to get an appointment, and the practice was clean and new. Make sure you enter from the entrance off Robinson road, not the Aldi entrance or you will need to drive all the way around.
