Easy to get an appointment, friendly reception team and wonderful doctor who listened and provided follow up. Always a great place to come to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a local Doctors

The receptionist and nurse are lovely but the drs are reluctant to help at all. They all seem to operate with the attitude that your health or illnesses are not their problem and they want you to just get out so they can move onto the next patient. They are very quick to palm you off and honestly do not care if you live or die. Dr Dorothy is particularly inept and you are better off talking to a pharmacist or to be honest a bus driver as she truly has no idea about anything

I don’t ever write reviews … BUT…. If your son or child has mental health issues PLEASE do not take him here! Would not Recommend. Got mental health care plan done, the lady doctor was un sympathetic. Did absolutely nothing, Even after I took him back a second time. Made him worse. Thinking there was no help for him.

Went to another practice, straight away. The male Dr was one the ball with everything….

Worst thing, this clinic wanted to charge me $80 for an appointment, for an under 16 child, sorry but I’m not paying for shXt service!

Reception staff are friendly and helpful and the doctor's take their time to help you. Would recommend.

First visit yesterday to “sign on” and friendly and efficient welcome and appointment made for next day. Today seen by nurse and then GP both of whom were also friendly and professional. Very pleased with all at surgery, thank you.

Absolutely heartbroken to hear of the passing of dr Wendy strachan, I seen her at medical one and Seaford Heights medical in between 2019/2022, was going to transfer my husband and kids over to her for our GP just to see that she has passed away, there’s no other dr as caring and thorough as Wendy, I could trust her with my kids, devastated! Love to her family and other patients

I saw Dr Michelle, she helped and comforted me in a time of need. Can not thank her enough for going above and beyond for me! If you’re looking for a good doctor who cares I would book in with Dr Michelle ️

Brought my 5 month-old baby to see Dr Khang. It was recommended by a friend of mine.

The staffs are very friendly and Dr Khang is very thorough and reassuring. I’m very happy with the service here at SHMC and will definitely come back!

Friendly and helpful staff and doctors/nurses always on time (or a couple of times within 5 at the latest). Reception and doctor’s rooms are clean and tidy. Recommend Seaford Heights Medical Centre to those in the area.

Lovely nurse, excellent doctor. I think I have found the right doctor for me.after quite a long time without one because my previous medical centre appears to have a conveyor belt model of care. Not at Seaford Heights:)

Just moved to the area, first time attending this clinic, both the reception saff and Dr Maha Sakran were welcoming and made for a comfortable environment. I was very happy with the service and based on today experience this will become my families regular practice.

Only had a short wait time when we arrived. Reception staff are friendly. The waiting area is open and clean. Dr Dorothy was lovely and thorough. She also explained things in simple terms and reassured me about my daughter's symptoms as she was taking over from a different GP. Very happy to take my daughter back there and will be switching here myself.
I also think its great only people with cold & flu symptoms need to wear a mask, it felt much more personable seeing the Drs face

We’re at the start of a medical journey for my 3 year old. She’s had chronic problems since she was 4 months old, always seeking another answer, I found out about Dr. Emmerson through a relative. I felt immediately that Dr. Emmerson heard our plea, gave us a really clear way forward and didn’t rush us out the door. I would highly recommend this practice if you’re thinking of a family doctor!

As a new patient I had to book an appointment with a one week wait time but when I arrived everyone was very friendly and lovely to talk to, also the waiting room was very clean and tidy. Doctor was helpful and I will be coming back for follow up appointments soon.

The receptionist was friendly and polite, waiting room nice and clean. Dr Alison was easy to talk to and very pleasant. Very happy first visit to her.

Had a first appointment with Dr Nguyen. He was fantastic and took the time to understand and address every issue. Note: Hotdoc might have you listed as seeing a nurse but this is just for obs and a history before seeing your Dr.
