Horrible absolutely horrible and the people whom are staying in the other rooms where scary yelling and fighting all night until police arrived at 7am

Excellent customer service and friendly staff are only to happy to help you with everything rooms are very modern and beautiful and spotless beds are comfortable

Management is horrible. Some guy called Christian expect toddlers to be quiet 12 o’clock in the afternoon and not make and noice and discriminate against guest for absolutely no reason. Tried to say I’m not aloud to be here just because he doesn’t like me even tho I’m just here to support my sister because she’s in emergency accommodation. DO NOT RECOMMEND ITS HORRIBLE!

This is an amazing place to stay. I have never felt more at home. I have worked in the hotel/motel industry for a long time. Our stay here was more than I could ever ask for. We stayed here for 3 months and the management and house keeping have gone above and beyond to provide myself and my children with the up most care and comfort. This motel is a God send. I am sad to be leaving. Thanks for everything and I hope to stay here again. You guys are the best:)

Everything was clean, beds comfortable and handy location close to the city. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Visited one of my clients here. Bloody oath not bad ayy. Just remember its a motel not the manor hotel. So don't expect too much. But its got the basics of what u need; toilet bed microwave. Units pretty clean.

I am have help from police to safety me here because I have badly people come in my room him hurt me my arms borked at my body is not good I scared I very much feeling no good but in here help me hope me be staying be safely thanks u so much.

Best motel great room service and genuinely awesome staff thoroughly enjoyed my time there met some lovely ppl and swimming pool was amazing lovely and clean thank you to the staff that made this possible ️

Very disappointing, was turned away at reception after booking because we were interstate customers. These guys need to step up and cater for all, shouldn’t be a problem if you can provide all the necessary ID.

I love staying at Scotty's they are like family very helpful friendly and the motel is situated in a perfect location definitely recommend especially if with kids

I cannot say a bad thing here. There are such good people there. The Reception Staff are lovely and so very helpful. The Housekeeping is done each day and always leaves our room so clean. The people that are staying there are also so very friendly and will have a chat as they pass by.
We cannot complain about our stay.

The room didn’t look too bad however it was filthy. Peoples hair ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE. Bed, shower, toilet, couch, floor HAIR. Quite scary with the amount of homeless people drinking in the carpark with big dogs. It looks like they have access to a room as they’re constantly in and out. Yelling and screaming till all hours of the morning. Bashed on my door a few times. If you stay here I wouldn’t recommend leaving your room after dark. Doesn’t feel safe AT all. At $150 a night, I’ve stayed in backpackers for $20 that was cleaner and safer!

Living here for 5 weeks now. Very busy establishment. Friendly, understanding and pleasant staff staff members, from Management to Housekeeping.
Happy my family and I have been able to dwell here under stressful circumstances but able to live our lives with understanding and consideration. We have also been able to bring our cat and dog with us.

The room wasn't very clean. The water pressure was terrible. The owners dog bothers guests and when I brought it to the owners attention that the fridge/freezer stopped working overnight they took half a day to replace it but in the melted ice in the freezer that sat there for 12 hrs was an object that looked like either a very old frozen banana (I hope it was, only because it was black and looked like feaces) but when I approached management to replace the food that was lost due to their equipment failure I was told no and asked to leave. I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy let alone a decent paying customer. There's better nearby, much better.

You stole a 10 year old's mattress kicked us out onto the street and tried to get the kid taken away I am never coming here again

This place is disgusting Stay away! When we got to our room it had throw up stains all over the floor and the couch looked like someone had died on it. The beds looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned and we found multiple pubes and head hair in the blankets. I was really thirsty when I rocked up so I had some water from the tap and it was horrendous it tasted metallic and made me feel ill. Honestly the worst motel I’ve stayed at

Great location, feels like camping on the freeway, hoonies, trucks, emergency services everything is right next to you.
