San Churro Marion

Poor customer service today. I usually enjoy the service there.but today. I guess.the girl wasn't enjoying an early start.

The service is amazing! Ian was really quick to help us fix an issue with a smoothie and was more than willing to assist us when we were having issues finding our birthday email to redeem rewards. This place just reached the top for our list of catch up spots for service alone.

Always a wonderful time at San Churro Marion. Plentiful parking, friendly staff, excellent menu, great prices. A favourite for an evening treat, a great local too.

Tonight our experience was not so great. We got a sharing tapas plate with four items: creme brulee, strawberries, chocolate hazelnut dipping sauce and mini churros. The chocolate sauce we couldn't distinguish from regular Nutella, nothing special about it and perhaps could have come with a candle underneath it something to keep it from going solid. The strawberries I wouldn't have served to my friends at home - they were extremely cold, hurt my teeth to eat, so no flavour. They looked unwashed and had many icky looking patches. One had black seeds on the outside and was a weird yellow on the inside. The creme brulee was cold underneath even though the top had just been toasted. The top was over toasted so tasted burnt. The churros were fine, a saving grace. Unfortunately I feel this was definitely not worth the $22 we spent, and we left feeling disappointed.

We decided to go here for something sweet after dinner and even though we were told it would be a 30 minute wait we still thought a better system should be in place- after all we only ordered drinks and churros.
Would go again if it was more quiet and not such a long wait.
My husband loved his hot peanut butter dark chocolate drink.
I didn't enjoy the Spanish classic very much.

I ordered large cappuccino and churros for two after 25 minutes I received coled large capachino without churros waited five minutes for the churros and they didn't bring it I took the coffee to make it hot I asked one of the staff when is the churros getting ready she said sorry you didn't ordered the churros I told her, I already paid she said sorry you need to wait ten minutes so we can ready your churros and I asked her what about my cappuccino it was cold when she brought it and she told me throw away this coffee and pay 5 dollers more we will make a hot coffee after hearing that I smiled and told her thanks for the offer I had just that amount money for this day, I will come next same day and will ordered again.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Definitely a place where customers matter! My mum and I were extremely pleased with the service and will be regulars from this day forth. I love the macaroons, the cookie butter hot chocolate and the New York cheesecake.what I assume to be the manager was an absolute delight!

I just love Coffee and Churros at the Marion branch. Friendly, Quick & Clean. Great place to meet your friends and chat.

The staff were so disrespectful I ordered the shake waited for the 30 minutes and never see the shake I asked the staff member where is my shake she told me sorry we took your shake to the wrong table, I told her what should I do now she told me pay the 50% percent I will make a new shake for you

This is a great place for grandparents to fill grandchildren with delicious sugary treats. They help a bit by giving seniors discounts.

Amazing yummy churros and dips, lovely hot chocolate. Very speedy service and friendly staff. Spacious and great for catch ups. Will definitely come back again and again

Good service + sitting arrangement, good coffee plus chocolate by death cake is awesome.must try.if you are chocolate lover.price r reasonable for coffee not for pieces of cake but I guess it’s very heavy chocolate cake.

Tasteless churros, chocolate and creme brulee with TASTLESS CHURROS.the "so called" famous dish of San Churros.
What a disappointment worst than Wendy's. And nothing is worst than that.
Service is poor and food was over priced. Never coming back and st Louis is a much better option.

Great coffee awesome chocolate drinks.the staff friendly but i have set myself a challenge to try all of the menu.

This particular San Churros is lovely, but my sister is very unhappy that they've changed the base menu, and removed their Aztecs (chilli hot chocolate). Trust me, their new replacement apparently is not up to scratch. Other than that, Marion San Churros has friendly warm service! #bringbacktheazteca

I always love it here. The orders maybe a tad slow but it's always a great place to sit and relax. The drinks are utterly amazing and so are their regular coffees.
Great place for a dessert date night!
Be warned too, the bathroom in winter is freezing! Haha.

It's been getting worse. The food is not worth the price. Drinks (hot chocolates, coffees and smoothies) are either mediocre or gross. The food certainly looks nice when it comes out, but if you don't eat it quickly it turns into a soggy mess (snackpacks and churro bowls). The only good thing on the menu is the create your own ice cream sundae.and it's not on the menu anymore!

The staff are amazing and the churros taste like heaven! If I could choose only one type of food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be churros. But only the churros from San churro,

The most delicious hot chocolate ever. A cosy welcoming place to catch up with friends. Friendly service.
