Samrat Indian Cuisine

I have not asked the chef at Samrat Restaurant myself but, I imagine that the recipe for byriani is a family tradition. If not, then the chef must have studied under a watchful byriani Samrat (king).
It is always delicious with expertly balanced, mouthwatering flavour.
This restaurant is a precious gem.
Congratulations to all Samrat Restaurant staff on a job consistently delivered at a very high standard.

Great place to get Indian food in Magill. I recommend the dosa and palak paneer. Only downside is dine-in service is a little slow.worth the wait though!

They are amazing! The packs are extremely well vauled and definitely a family favorite! I could eat this everyday, everyone who we have recommended it too has loved it. It is our go to place and order often!

They refry the Samosa and it is easily understandable that its not fresh. After refrying, it becomes very oily and even after multiple feedback they did not work on it. I have stopped going there.

Excellent food! Real taste of India. Masala dosa. Chicken Biryani and Butter Chicken.we had for the second time as well.superb!

The food is delish and prices are okay.
Only problem is takeaways etc seem to take precedence as they get busier these Uber eats days. Best local Indian food tho

We regularly order from this place but today the taste was not the same. Dal tadka was spicy enough but this time there was not enough flavor and taste in it.so disappointed this time

We had visited the place to have south indian dishes.however whatever they had given was no where near that.they shouldnt be putting south indian dish names on menu if they are not making it as it should be. Atleast change the name, so that people are not misleaded.

I may not be Keralaan nor have been to Kerala. But I have spent 3 years in Doha being well fed by Keralaan chefs in my favorite restaurants and Cafes there. So I know something when I consider Samrat as authentic. What I got each time were always freshly cooked with great passion and tender loving care. Which is a complete contrast to the normally precooked items in other establishment.

The service and attention to customers preferences are always immaculate. If only my friends in construction industry have the taste for Indian beers like Kingfisher Premium lager I regularly get there. I could have organised a bigger group of connoisoir there.

I’m originally from Kerala, India and I can testify that the taste of the food here is authentic! If you are after something that is original then this is the place to go. Customer service was great. They took care of us and made us comfortable! I would highly recommend this place any day!
