Samrat Indian Cuisine

Didn't like the food at all. Ordered butter chicken and chicken vindaloo. Both looked exactly the same, tasted awful. Also ordered chicken 65 which was dry and so hard. They have only two desserts which they order from outside for customers. I ordered Gulab jamun which was so watery and loose in texture. Utter waste of money. Never going to go there again.

Wanted to give them 10 stars out of 5 …. Awesome food … order through uber eats everything was fresh tasty … naan was the best and yummy ….

Tried calling to order take away but could not get through on the landline number. I drove to the restaurant and ordered. They told me to call their mobile number. This is not on their website. They should update their phone numbers on their website.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food on this occasion. It was extremely oily compared to previous experiences.

One of the best if not the best Indian restaurant in the entire Adelaide area. The Naans and curries are one of its kind and good for any palette. Chaats are must try for any food enthusiasts out here in Adelaide

One of the best Naan breads I've had in Adelaide. Naan's so fluffy you might mistake it for a pillow <3.and the curry are just awesome. Honest place with honest service and price. You have me for life:)

They make the best biryani in Adelaide. The butter chicken is excellent too and the samosa is big and crunchy. Everything was rich in flavour for a reasonable price.

Best indian restaurant I've been to in adelaide, not even exaggerating. Went with 4 people, all dishes ordered were delicious.

Lovely local Indian restaurant. Consistently delicious. Their “mild” and medium is exactly that. Mild is perfect for the spice-fearful and their raita & naans are delicious. Our usual go-to for Indian food. Better than some restaurants in more affluent locations near the city. We recommend you order delivery/takeaway directly, which saves customers & the small business money.

The order note was not followed and the food was too spicy to eat. Definitely not for locals.

It's a very cute reastaurant, with a friendly service expearence and really affordable dishes. The lady was very helpful with my question. And the dishes we had today was all amazing. With all of that many spicies, all the flavor were fusion together.

One of the best Indian places around the Eastern suburbs. Their buttered chicken is suitably buttery and their spicy curries are suitably spicy. Their naan is the exact balance of chewy and crispy that we love. Their place is a bit small so I'd guess they run out of spots quickly on busy nights.

Ordered takeaway and was happy with the food. Had the butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, aloo ghobi masala and dhal tadka. All were delicious and will definitely be going back.

We got a takeaway yesterday for the first time and were impressed. From ordering to delivery, the service was excellent and so was the quality of food. We had to make some changes to the items on the menu due to dietary requirements and they were happy to accommodate. Definitely recommend Samrat if not been there already! Thanks team Samrat!

Went to this restaurant for the first time last night & we will be going back, the food was the best I have had in SA. My wife had the butter chicken & I just asked the waiter what he would recommend (I usually go the basic Rogan Josh/Korma) & he suggested the Kerala Chicken Ularthiyath which I could not pronounce so I gave it a whirl. The Kerala chicken was beautiful & the Garlic & Cheese Naan was the best Naan bread I have ever tasted, light, fluffy with plenty of cheese. My wife also loved her meal, also we had the deep fried cauliflower for entree & yes, delicious. The service was brilliant also. Thanks guys see you soon.
