I started using this place after a bad experience where we regularly purchased our takeaway. Even though a little bit dearer we were quite happy with the quality of the food until our last time a few weeks back when after spending over $40 came home to find that our prawns and fish were burnt! I could not believe that the person who cooked this would think it was good to provide to a customer. Well they lost my business and my family. Such a shame people don't realise that this sort of action can ruin their business.

Old guy smoking at the door spoke very rudely. Shocking attitude towards potential customers and dreadful service. Would never recommend.

Service is quick. The burgers are awesome and the the fresh prawn and squid skewers are just perfect. Salads all fresh have lots of flavours. We sat in and ate, the customers where coming in and out fast and everyone looked happy to be there. If you love soccer they have it playing on the tv

We ordered 8 meals in total, mostly crumbed n few grilled Barramundi with chips.
Everyone was happy with their boxes.

I have been a regular at this place for almost 3 years and I am changing my review due to current experience. I ordered food over the phone and they didn't make it as requested, instead of cooking everything again, they only cooked half the order again and tried to adjust the remainder of the order. When I called to discuss it as I am allergic to some ingredients and believe they left these ingredients in my order, the staff member became aggressive and insisted they did everything right. I went in to speak to the manager the next day, who apologised, however, while I was talking to the manager, the staff member who made my order came out and became aggressive to my face, insisting I watch the security cameras to prove himself right. He then also admitted to adjusting the food already cooked and said it was the right thing to do. I asked him to leave as I didn't want to speak to him as he was getting aggressive but he didn't leave immediately, he continued his tirade. I actually felt scared due to his aggressive mannerisms. The manager also didn't ask him to leave. I just waited for him to finish and said I didn't want the confrontation and he did leave after this request. While the manager was apologetic, the manager made no proffer of resolution, such as discussing it with the staff member or asking the staff to not be aggressive in future. I don't feel comfortable going back as the aggressive treatment from the staff member has left me wondering how I'll be treated next time I go there.

Went here with my client on the way to a cricket game and I was very impressed at how the man serving interacted with my client. Service was prompt, very friendly and respectful.

Food is normally great. But we did have an issue with the lemon and pepper squid being terrible, very sour and tasted very off. Had one mouthful and had to throw it in the bin. Was going to return it but a bit far to drive. Wasnt worrh it. Learn from experience.

Good fish and chips! The right amount of salt, crispiness on the fish and chips. Proper squid! Owner obviously takes pride in their business.

Also great service if you wish to make your fish and chips a sit down meal. Will probably pop in there now I know where they are.

Crispy chips not dripping with fat, fish is of generous proportions, just mention how much salt you want on your chips.
Overall good value cooked in an enviroment which is clean and you can take a break to eat and unwind

I order potato fritters from these guys, and honestly it's so hit or miss. Sometimes they are amazing: crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle, with real potato. But sometimes they are soggy or stale. Very sad they can't maintain a consistently amazing level, as I don't want to keep returning to somewhere that disappoints me more than half the time.

By far the best takeaway shop in the area. Such friendly staff, super quick service, tasty food and the cleanest fast food store I’ve ever seen. Very impressed!

My friend order the same meal every time and loving it. This says a lot about their consistency. Nice people and great service!

When they get their chips right, they are definitely some of the best in Adelaide.however have had a few times when they are sub standard.

Not up to my freshness standards if it smells its not fresh fish doesnt have smell when it comes out the ocean it is the best not in a salad.
Go to the store next door, chicken and seafood takeaway store totally worth every cent.

Driven past many times, today popped in for lunch. Best decision of the day, the simple things in life matter for me and the customer service along with the best cooked crumbed fish and chips I've had in Adelaide in 3 years!

Came here for a a quick bite and was amazed at the quality of the beer batter these guys have, 2 potato cakes and a piece of flake for under $10 can't go wrong. Friendly service and and a tidy shop too.
