Fabulous health care service provided. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Vicki Hoffman is brilliant. Excellent knowledge of her field and generously shares it all with her clients. She managed to adjust some really stubborn cricks in my body on my first visit. I walked out feeling so much better, almost pain free. Highly recommended.

Another fantastic massage with Brooke! She is able to ease the tension away and give me a little slice of paradise in a hectic day. Thanks so much Brooke!

I can highly recommend Peter and his team at SA wellness centre, I first came in with back and neck pain 6weeks ago. I am now pain free and have greater mobility in my body due to the treatment I have received. The service was fantastic from the beginning with the friendly reception staff always happy to work within my busy schedule. I was very impressed with their communication skills during the whole process. It is a credit to Peter and his team for creating such a great environment for their customers to visit.

I have been attending SA Wellness Centre now for a few years due to chronic back pain and sciatica.
Dr. Peter has done amazing things for me and my overall health. He is always welcoming, the clinic is always clean and greeted with a smile by the fabulous admin staff. I would definitely recommend Dr. Peter to all of my family and friends.

If you need to see a chiropractor, massage therapist etc then SA Wellness Centre is the place for you! You will not regret it at all.

I honestly couldn't recommend The Wellness centre enough.
I see their Chiropractor and she is so very kind and caring.
Most of all she is only interested in your health and well being. She will only work on you if you need it.
You won't waste your money here.
If you can't afford the recommended care plan she works with you and doesn't make you feel bad for it.

I also have numerous medical conditions however she is able to work with me around those conditions.
I know that it can be difficult to find someone who is willing to work around your conditions in some cases.

The other staff especially the receptionist are always extremely helpful, happy and so nice.
I just love coming here it is such a positive warm place to be. I am always feeling so happy as soon as i walk through their doors i never want to leave.

They offer so many different health services i highly recommend you check them out and see what they have that you could benefit from.

SA Wellness Centre is amazing, such a warm and welcoming environment. The receptionists are so bubbly and friendly.

Dr Vicki is great, she doesn't seem rushed, always takes time for her patients and listens to how I prefer to be adjusted. I also love that she wants to address the reason for why my back is tight as opposed to just fixing it.

I have been to SA Wellness Centre due to back pain. I've found the practitioners at this clinic to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable and in my case were able to find the root cause of my back pain and provide care to resolve without painkillers. I am very impressed with how passionate and caring Dr Peter is. I would highly recommend any of the services of this place.

I would love to recommend the chiropractors and physiotherapists at SA Wellness Centre. Not only becaise they are very professional but also because they are lovely human beings. Their attention to detail and caring actitud is excellent. When I suffered a debilitating back injury they fitted me in straight away. They are my choice for best care of my body. I have also used the service of dry needlign with Peter Kotsiras and he helped me with a chronic neck and shoulder pain condition. Within a few session I was out of pain and never looked back. You dont wait any longer if you are in pain see these guys!

I always feel welcomed coming into the centre from the lovely admin and practitioners staff and always feel so much better and relaxed after a massage and chiro. They don't just focus on fixing you in the short term, they look at ways to implement small achievable changes to your life to support long term healing.

I have suffered from low back pain for a long time and until the wellness centre was recommended to me, I had no idea the impact that chiropractic adjustments could potentially have on me. I saw Dr Peter who assessed me thoroughly and he explained the big impact that these adjustments have in our bodies.
The information and care that I have received from the very beginning, has made me feel very safe and comfortable.
After my first assessment was done and the results explained to me in detail, Dr Peter and the team at SA Wellness Centre put a care plan together for me incorporating both, massage and regular adjustments to get me out of pain as soon as possible. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first couple of treatments. Once I was out of pain, I was moved into a maintenance schedule and now I have found myself with little to no lower back pain, no migraines, more energy and an improved sleeping pattern.

Seeing Dr Peter has already changed my life for the better.

Walked in the clinic in pain and left with immediate relief from pain. Dr Peter and Dr Vicki are excellent chiropractors. All staff are welcoming and helpful when booking appointments. Never feel rushed and the practice is run without incurring long waiting times. The massage therapists PK and Keli are great too!

Made an appointment to see Dr. Peter Roennfeldt hoping to get relief from "tinnitus like ear noises" and feeling a distressing "head pressure" bending down. I´d enjoyed Yoga classes at the centre before and also liked the friendly atmosphere, created by the forever welcoming, smiling & helpful reception staff!

After an initial thorough examination (+x-rays), lots of explanations and only a few treatments I could already feel the start of regaining full movement of my jammed neck vertebras! I hadn´t even realised the slow build up due to muscle tension caused by emotional stress over a longer period of time!

But even more important to me, and so much appreciated, is the fact that due to his enthusiastic positive, holistic approach Peter managed to rekindle faith in me, that as long as we provide the body with what it needs, the body is capable of healing itself. My "tinnitus noises" have not disappeared completely (yet!:). But have diminished significantly and now I trust, with the help of further stress reduction methods, it will only be a matter of time! I am only a new client to SA Wellness centre but I have been very impressed. Vicky has been fantastic in treating my sciatica. The reception staff are fabulous always smiling and very accommodating and understanding.

Hi my name is Wayne late October I walked into SA Wellness looking for help for L3//L5 disc bulge as I was in treble left leg pain and could not walk in extremely discomfort and could not sleep for 3 weeks in my own bed. Dr. Peter set up a recovery plan twice a week visits and now happy to say I am well on my way for a full recovery just before Xmas. I wish to thank everybody at SA Wellness for there support and help with my back issues and would recommend highly for helping people in needs in what l have experience and wishing everyone a Merry Xmas and new year. Am very grateful to have found Dr Peter, can not recommended him enough. Have been experiencing pain in my SI joint for over 5 years, have been to see many other Drs and chiros but the pain persistent, with the support and guidance of Dr Peter feel the pain has gone completely. Also highly recommended yoga classes there.
